Purchased 2 Tuff Sheds through The Home Depot. The salesman, Dave, was quick and helpful in our shed designs and Keannah was helpful with the financing. I would definitely recommend this store and it's employees.

No customer service in electrical-tired of waiting Extremely Rude customer service in checkout. Clerks too busy chatting with each other and accusing customer of error at checkout. ‘Lady that’s your fault you put the card in before I came over and tapped your screen. Not my fault u didn’t get that military discount!! Next time don’t put your card in beforehand because I don’t pay pay attention to my job!’

I have to say Eli provided excellent customer. I give him a 5 star rating. However, the delivery company that Home Depot contracts with deserves 0 stars. I will never purchase a big ticket item from Home Depot ever again.

Machine froze during self checkout and I had to "bother " the cashier three times and after apologizing each time she continued her conversation with a coworker about weekend plans. Customer service also said military ID no longer allowed for discount but they don't know how to add the ID into the system. Shopping here is a bother to employees

Assisted as soon as we walked in store. Taken to correct aisle to get our product. Checkout was very fast and assistant was great.

If you are patient and kind, You will receive kind and courteous service at this store, they may be a little short handed sometimes but they are knowledgeable and helpful and if they don’t know the answer they will ask a co worker to assist. Good team work!

I have been coming here for about 15 years, ever since I was a kid! Now as an adult I come here frequently for my own home remodeling & DIY projects. I LOVE this store. I come here so frequently that the employees know me. It’s the employees & their customer service that keeps me coming back! I needed wood to be cut for my Construction and Building Trades class, and Daniel was top notch with his customer service. I don't live close to this store but I will begin to frequent the Laguna Store due to the outstanding customer service I experienced from Daniel and Ernest!

Dae handled my return transactions so fast and courteously, I was very impressed!

I was at s Home Depot today to get some wood pellets and let me tell you I have never had such speed with getting the amount I needed as today. Alex was amazing with actually helping from start to finish. He was friendly and extremely helpful. It wasn’t as simple as helping us load them. He had to get someone with a forklift to get the specific brand we wanted down. And in a crowded store on black Friday weekend is not easy to do. Thank you Alex for helping us today.

One of the Worset shops ever . You need to change your cashiers. And supervisors Bad attitude . You need to feel a shame that you have a staff like this Can't believe the supervisors trying to justify and trying to give excuses. You need to feel a shame

Suggestion: Improve SKU units on sellable merchandise or have other store near by stock more items considering Elk Grove is a growing city.

She was so helpful thru the whole process.
