I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the service I received during check out. Millie and Jessica really took the time to listen regarding some questions I had about a product. Millie shared some of her kitchen updates with me and Jessica was so gracious on offering me a discount for an out of box product. Its such a rarity these days to experience wonderful customer service! Thank you so much ladies!

I want to give a BIG thanks to customer service manager Kimberly! She goes beyond the standards of customer service and her personality is so refreshing! I also need to say even with a leg brace on, nothing slowed her down!!

An associate directed me to the merchandise I was looking for in the electrical department. I found everything I needed quickly. One thing I appreciate is there is always plenty of merchandise available. If you need 100 of something, Home Depot most likely will have plenty in stock. The cashier was the best I've had anywhere! She was friendly, and patient as I checked out. She asked if I needed help getting the stuff to my car, even though it wasn't that much!

The store seemed in the most disarray I've ever seen it. It could have been that they were putting in new products almost everywhere in the store today but it was a mess. Still we found what we were looking for and 2 associates were so helpful.

I come here daily for my job. Michelle always remembers that I am tax exempt and remembers my p.o. numbers.... I have quite a few. I don't have to tell her anything, she already knows. She can even tell if I am there just for regular home purchase. She is very smart....don't know why she is a cashier, she has the smarts for a very nice career.

My cashier was very friendly and nice. I come to this store everyday. The 2 cashiers at the front are always happy cheerful and friendly. Millie and Michelle are the only cashiers I like to go to. They are very knowledgeable about the store layout and where the products are. I am very pleased with my experienceson at this store.

I was very disappointed with the associate in the tool area. Eric was not helpful and made me feel like I was interrupting him. Was able to find the person in the cabinets Guy was able to help me find what tools I needed but everything else I would need to finish my project

Decent selection, good customer service. I like the store employees. They have always been helpful.

Associates are always very helpful when I've been to the store.

Finding the product and getting it down from a high self was a little difficult for me. When I find an associate they are exceptional at helping me. The problem is I have to go over the entire store searching for one, and sometimes, like my last visit I can't find anyone. I just wish you would put more people on the floor to help when needed.

The staff was very willing to help and assist with any needs or information that I required.

We were surprised at the great deals going on during Black Friday. We had reviewed the flyer before going to Home Depot and didn't expect to find anything (from what we read in the flyer). It turned out that they had tons of bargains that weren't advertised. Great surprise!

Exceptional help from the flooring, paint, garden areas

The assistant manager, Dennis, and project coordinator, Lilia, were very helpful at the Elko Store. We ordered a Tuff Shed after reviewing the options of buying a display model or special order. We also got some help from the local Tuff Shed representative, Brian. Lilia took lots of time with us, was patient with the decision-making process, and was very knowledgeable about the sheds and the special ordering process. Dennis was courteous and helpful when we called him later to help us find Lilia for additional ordering. The only negative aspect is the long waits on Hold for someone to answer the phone at the Service Desk. It would be helpful if there were a directory of extensions for the Associates, as well.

I moved forward Phoenix, AZ and let me tell you this is the best store I have ever been to. The title says it all. They are so kind and help and very polite. They know what there talking about and how to help you. I can't thank them all enough for making me feel welcome and helping me with my projects. Lorena Simon
