Paul was the driver that delivered the order. I was told it would be delivered in the afternoon and when I arrived at work to the school Paul was just loading his forklift that he unloaded my order with. The two sheds to put together that were delivered a few weeks before were in the back of the school. I went over and asked Paul if he could put the two pallets of supplies to finish the sheds in the back. WITHOUT HESITATION Paul smiled and said yes and he did. You need more employees like Paul

Everyone’s always very nice and polite always right there to help with anything you need.

When I went to the paint counter to get help from Cyn, she was SO helpful and kind. I appreciate her help so much that I purposefully wait until she’s working to get paint. I appreciate how she makes me feel like more than just an employee. She is doing a fantastic job and it SO appreciated!

As I walked through the store, I noticed clearance items scattered throughout. Everyone loves a good clearance item. Find a low-trafficked section of the store and put them all there. An all-clearance aisle. It should be placed near an area you would like to see more sales from though. Prices are still too high to be able to really afford a whole lot and putting your foot down on price gouging will certainly give everyone a little break. I do want to thank Toni in paint and Lyle at the garden center register for a great shopping experience today.

I was meeting extra help checking out since I left my card in my car and there were some people that were In a rush behind me. The cashier took care of me and took care of the other people. I ended up coming back into the store and checking out super fast and everyone was happy and I really appreciate the kind and friendly nature I was treated in a interesting situation

I just wanted to compliment the employees at the Elko, Nv. Home Depot. They were all very nice and helpful. Big shout out to Mary our cashier and the very nice young lady that helped my husband find an item that was out of her department. I also want to give a BIG thanks to the two different customers that helped my husband with 2 heavy toilets we bought. One of them helped load onto the cart in the store and the other fella stopped his truck, got out and helped him load them into our vehicle. Truly grateful to both of them, thank you!!!

I wish I had got the name of the young man who helped me. He loaded pellets for me in my car. I apologized for the dog hair in the back of the car and he shared "not to worry, He had a pet Pyrenees and he knew about dog hair. He was so helpful.

Just want to thank the employees at Home Depot. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We had a pipe burst under our foundation and flooded our bedroom literally the day after Christmas. We were overwhelmed knowing it was just Christmas and now came more headaches and remodeling. But everyone who helped us was so compassionate and made the situation seem more positive. Thank you!

Everytime i am in the store I am always greeted, helped and headed in the right direction when needed. I have never had a bad experience with the Elko team.

The workers in the appliance department are awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable about products.

Went to 7 different depts looking for items and did not run into one single Home Depot employee with an orange vest that could direct me to the items location or answer my question. Very poorly under-staffed for a Saturday morning!

This store has not been a good place to visit. However it has improved 100% in the last year. Even the employees are happier and shared that they loved working there.

Like our Elko Home Depot, shop there all the time. Unfortunately, they just don't know what they are doing at the paint desk. Has been a long time since they had anyone there with a clue. Because they do not know how to help they do not want to help. They told me to go to ACE so I guess I will.

For the most part, all of the store representative in the Elko Nevada store have good customer service skill and are willing to do their best to provide customer satisfaction and/or find a representative better suited to answering questions. The only draw back with the Elko store is that it needs to be expanded like your larger store locations allowing customers to have more variety.

There's always a nice supply of seasonal items and plenty of workers to help you find obscure items.

Majority of the employees are extremely nice and helpful. Always seem to be one that is the opposite but can’t blame the store over one bad employee. The cashier Aviere was fantastic and super helpful with my 3 lumber carts full and one push cart full.

I went into Home Depot to see about buying a washer and dryer. The was an associate there named Kelly. She greeted us and helped us with choosing the right kind of washer and dryer. We went home and thought about it and came back to buy. She was very nice and helpful. Also, there was another associate named Tiffany whom was helping too at the end of transaction too!!

There can always be complications in todays retail, but if you think you'e not getting good service at this Home Depot, try any of the Salt Lake City locations for real 'service with a snarl'.
