If items are placed in an incorrect location it is not customers fault and should not be given attitude for a $2 discrepancy. Management please inform your employees that not all customers are there to steal. I spent over $200 today for supplies, why should I be provided attitude for a $2 mark down. Please re-educated employees that have this mindset. Thank you

it was amazing experience with very polite helpful and professional staff. i really appreciate them although the items i tried to buy , I could not find one item but found the alternative

This store has almost everything in stock and aisles

If you need to shop help yourself, don’t expect someone will try to help you.If this store will be run by private owner the things will be completely different.You looking for a Manager,they are not available, seems to be store is running without management, look like people here don’t like their jobs .

Best customer service

Store is dead, employees appear to be hiding or understaffed. The few you find are not pleasant or helpful and seem to be annoyed when asked to engage.

I live very far away from Elmont; but use it as my Home Depot because of their customer service. They go above and beyond every time, and it’s worth the trip

The 3 different window shades were cut too long even though I brought the old ones with me for them to measure. They were cut 3" too long. I had to drive back, a waste of time and gas. There was no apology. Another time, I bought a faucet recommended by the employee even though I showed him the photo of the broken faucet. When I got home, he had given me a 2 hole instead of a 3 hole faucet. Again, no experience or perhaps just want to get rid of the customer.

I like the fact that Home Depot is close to my home. It's very convenient for shopping
