This is our go to place for everything for our home. We are here possibly 2-3 times a week. The staff are always helpful and nice. Just bought a fridge from Lisa and she rocks! The delivery team was awesome too.

Found several different lengths of track 48 inches, 84 inches by Everbuilt but no slot for 60 inch, a fairly common length. Only can purchase on line.

The staff member in the garden department said that Governor Newsom was responsible for the plant I wanted being unavailable, due to imposing rules on the trucking industry. I absolutely DO NOT appreciate being given a political lecture or an employee’s opinion when I’m simply trying to shop for plants. Political commentary has no place in an employee’s interaction with customers. Should this every happen again, I will certainly never visit this Home Depot location again. Employees should keep their opinions to themselves.

I have been listening in this area since 1977 & since east valley pkwy store opened I have very happily have shopped there because of amazing service, prices!! Love everything about this store!

That help is sporadic at best if you can really find someone. . If you do luckly find some one, 9 out of ten will grab their phone and tell you the isle number. Not very often but s some rare times an individuall will really ask questions and then advise what and where might be the ideal product.

Good features: (I now own 3 of these) 1. Bright focused beam. Good range and field of view. 2. Can be stood on any flat surface and adjusted to shine where needed. 3. Durable, I have dropped these several times, all are still working. 4. Runs for 4 hrs on a 1.5AH Battery. 5.Reasonable price.

Escondido east valley parkway. is geared for Home owner shopping. Escondido west valley parkway store is much better for contractors and carries a better and more varied inventory.

I was able to find what I needed very quickly. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

It is being delivered today and am looking forward to start using it. Have always wanted to try a all in one washer dryer

i orderd vinyl tiles for my laundry room, but was told that my tiles would not be available for over 2 weeks! they had the actual tiles in stock or the tr, but not the quarter round that goes around the edges. or the transition piece that goes from the laundry room to the hallway. and so for these small details, i have to wait 2 and a half weeks. then i have to schedule an install, and that will take another how many weeks?! i can't schedule an install until i actually have the tiles available. so something that should be done quickly will take i don't know how long. i am not happy.

Been going to this HD store for donkey's years!. Employees come and go but the place is still pretty much as I saw it back in 2005. I find it curious as to why each stores' floor plan is laid out differently? The aisles and bays are different...even in the same city! A good place to shop and fairly close to my QTH. I'm also a ham radio operator, I can always find some bracket or fitting: metal, wood or plastic that is manufactured for something completely different from my requirements! Friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for a project. I could shop here for hours. Everytime I go I'm given a time limit otherwise I would be there all day.

I’ve ordered things from this store via the customer service department more than once… Sometimes the website is difficult to navigate, especially when one is unfamiliar with the project on which one is working. (for me it was building a staircase) Kailey was beyond helpful and patient in finding the products that I needed and ordering them. She helped me save money as well. This isn’t the first time this department and the women within it have saved the day and I’m very grateful

It’s terrible when you go into a store as large as this and they don’t even have the simplest thing as a hose clamp for air-conditioning ventilation not even one in stock at all and nobody knows Where they are and when they say they do have some they’re not even the right size or even the correct ones.

Pricing and service was fine, but was disappointed to know that their offers on delivery and installation is not accurate..I bought a grill as I saw that home depot offered the delivery and installation for free after $399 or more on purchase, only to find out that there was no offer on installation and that that they won't take the product upstairs if I live on 2nd floor or higher.

Gloria and Mona do a Great job helping contractors with purchases in the morning, They will search and radio for load help and they don't dink around with slow moving loaders. In late afternoon, after the Gloria and Mona went home, I waited a very long time waiting on loaders taking off to buy a soda instead of responding to numerous radio requests and over head pages to load a 75 Gallon Water heater. Dudes put heater on a cart for me, then took off leaving me wait way too long. They didn't show up until after 2 other people loaded me up drinking sodas. Crap load service

I'd like to live in the gardening department. That not being possible (?), I'm always pleased by the staff who never hesitate to approach me and ask if they can be of assistance!

The gentleman by the pro desk was very very helpful to order a 27 ton log splitter. And he even help me how to get additional insurance!

I just bought a couple of sample of wood stain. Greeted at entering the store and cashier was very friendly as with all my experience here at the store

I like this store because it usually has great personnel. However, on my last purchase, I requested help loading my truck. EvIdently, on Saturday there was no one willing to help load my truck. Two teens seemed to be goofing off outside around the corner of the building.

The shopping experience was ok, although with Home Depot, but as always it's always a matter of finding just the right person to help you, but it's always a crap-shoot. So buying went more or less ok, but getting the the washer an dryer delivered was another story. After three delivery tries,(all three new damaged upon delivery, and had to be returned). So I gave up and purchased different products, thinking maybe that machine was cursed or something! Wont ever think of buying large appliances from Home Depot again.

I often have to move "Display Boxes" to reach the products I need. They are sometimes quite heavy. Could you put them on wheels? Why are there so MANY? Many of these products look like the "As Seen On TV" merchandise.

The staff at the on-line pickup / return are not friendly and clearly would prefer you do not bother them. Several very poor interactions with this staff.
