Great customer service in the appliance department. Many models & different brands of refrigerators to review but with the help of the Appliance Specialist, we found a better model at a lower price than the one we had come to see.

Very disappointed Home Depot wouldn't honor our military discount for our refrigerator full price. Why?

Only shop here if you know your way around the store. Customer service is horrible, you’re better off shopping at Lowe’s.

The outdoor cashier Eileen was awesome! she was so helpful and kind to everyone in line. Her patience with an older couple was genuine as they were having trouble using the card machine as the line was backing up. She made sure to say to everyone as they came up "thank you for you patience"

as a senior citizen, imperative is customer service its the number one of consideration. Thx you home depot for resolving three issues it was so great and professional and yet security was very important to home depot!!

It's just so nice to go into a store where you ask for help I know how hard it is when you want to store nobody knows what they're doing but every time We're Going Home Depot and I need some help people are very helpful and know what they're doing

Having nice friendly people that know what you're looking for and can help you find it and the cashiers are friendly make shopping so much easier

Lisa Medina in the Appliances Department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided on our purchase, we could have gone any of your competitors but we did not because Lisa treated us like we were family. She's an Asset to the Home Depot Crew. We are fortunate to have her on our side of town!

The store is ok, the manager and associates do not always wear masks properly. There is a huge sign outside the entrance that states masks are required to enter the store, but evidently not to work there! One lady in customer service NEVER has her mask on. When asked, she will grudgingly move it from her chin to cover nose and mouth only to pull it back off literally seconds later. Today I saw the manager with his mask below his nose walk up to a customer and an associate, remove his mask and carry on a conversation all while within about 3 feet of the other two people.

The store is clean and the products are easy to find and the associates are friendly and helpful.

My favorite Home Depot in north county. Always neat and clean not to mention friendly staff.

Excellent service and a smooth process was provided from the estimate of replacing the carpet on our stairs, purchasing the carpet and installing it.

The store was clean and associates are friendly but on some occasion its hard to find someone to help you. Short staffed maybe not just in this store other locations also it happens so I ended up going to the customer service so he/she would paged someone.

don't trust the on line in stock indicator, especially for in store pickup. you never know what they may or may not have or how long it will take for them to tell you it isn't available after you've ordered it.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot since 1986. The Escondido store is one of the best I’ve shopped at. The lady’s that work there are fantastic and go that extra mile. I think Deana, Carla T, Cindy and Jane are the best. How else would I remember their names. Keep up the fantastic work that you are doing for Mr. Blank and Home Depot. Willie D

They are a great store with kind and caring employees, have been satisfied in all the years I have been shopping there, never had a bad experience in over 20 years.

It took 1.5 hours to get my pallet of bricks from lawn and garden shop. You have terrible customer service

Brian C helped me from start to finish. He seriously saved me from a huge huge headache and mess that another home depot location created. His customer service went above and beyond the level anyone would want. He took full responsibility over other people's mistakes just to make it right with a complete stranger who needed help. I'm very happy with my experience and I would drive that 45 mins again if I needed to in the future to get help from him. He's very honest and hard working.

There was a problem with a supply order that I placed for a home fencing project. Long story short, the material never came, I wasn't contacted, and I was left with a house with no perimeter fence, and several 2 foot holes around the property. First thing in the morning the next day, Denise from the ProDesk called me to not just apologize but present me with options that would get me and the crew I hired to help working that same day. Although it wasn't what I had originally planned, her hard work and empathy helped me to finish my project when and how I wanted to. Once the project was taken care of, Cindy and Marcos in the customer service department assisted with the finishing touches to the guest service process. There will always be some kind of hiccup in any project, but be confident that if it happens at this Home Depot, they WILL make things right. They will help doers do more. I will continue to choose Home Depot, specifically this one, for all my home improvement needs.
