Needed logs and they had them, Never fails to have what you need for home.

I went in Saturday to find a kit to fix my broken dining room chair and come to find out there is no kit to fix it so after talking to a few sale associates there at Home Depot we ended up cutting a piece of wood, actually two times and then I had to buy new screws. All three gentleman that helped me in their separate departments where fantastic. Went above and beyond!

A woman named Denise K answered about a hundred questions I threw at her, and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. It would be great if every store was like this.

Ms. Medina helped me avoid making a mistake in choosing the right product. THANK YOU!

A great shopping experience. Our Salesperson, Justin, was excellent.

The building materials I was promised in writing to be available for pick up were not ready at the promised date and time. Employee said the products should not have been promised at that time. But, they were promised.

Maria in the E. Valley Parkway location was extremely nice and helpful. She remembered me from a previous phone conversation regarding a damaged product I took home. I have had many reasons to shop at this location over the last few months. Each time the service has been exemplary.

I bought home appliances and have them delivered. The appliances were delivered on time and the communications for the delivery were excellent and smooth with no surprises.

There is an employee in this Home Depot store, Monique Conklin, in the appliance department, that is Wonderful. She knows her stuff, helps you find what you need, whether or not it is in her department and she does it with professionalism and a smile. I highly recommend this store, because of this employee. Go to her and find out for yourself.

I went to garden department and needed help, no help available is what cashier told me , she then called supervisor at my request, supervisor never arrived.

Cashier made the trip to the store fun and enjoyable.

I needed outside floodlights that were battery operated and that I could somehow attach to a chain link fence so my elderly father wouldn't trip and fall, as it is dark in these areas at night. Netty and the guy who helped me find the exact lights I needed were phenomenal! I was totally lost as to how I was supposed to find lights that were not wireless, and even more lost on how to attach them in an alley and outside hallway. These two teammates made it so simple for me and took the time to make sure I had the level of lighting for the floodlights as well as knew what I was doing once I got home to mount them. May Netty and that gentleman be well rewarded for their care and assistance. It made our lives easier and better! Jennifer

I was checking on online for some lawn and garden products. On line stuff can confuse me--sorry. I went to the store and the helpful associates made my day. Answered my questions-pointed out some helpful details and features. Showed me the products and made the buying decision simple and quick. Thanks Mark in Screens, Jose in Ryobi and Tati at check out. Hope you can do this for everyone.

After encountering no less than four employees where only one would even bother trying to help and all she had was incorrect information. By chance I went to Customer Service and Jimena cleared everything up. Found the product and made my night.

I was very impressed with Ana my cashier. There was a local resident trying to make a purchase but was short a little bit of the necessary funds. She overheard the conversation and reached into her own pocket to pay what he was short!!!

My husband and me had to buy some plywood and drywall , also some electrical connectors , a nice worker helped us to find the electrical things we were looking for ( we were lost trying to find them) her name is Nettie (very professional,, and friendly!

Ronnie's recommendation were awesome, thanks to him we bought everything we needed.

Needed a new Microwave. There were several options to choose from. The salesperson was most helpful. We walked out of the store in a short period of time with a deal we are pleased with.

I purchased the 2-pak night light 7 watt equivalent (30 lumens) LED bulbs. When I plugged them in, they were far less bright than the standard 5 watt (18 lumens) bulbs they were to replace. I decided to replace the standard bulbs so I won't have to keep changing them as they burn out. But these bulbs are so dim you'd be lucky to get 1 watt of light. Back to the store they go.

I did not expect the staff at the escondido HD to be so kind and accommodating during the holiday rush. I never worked retail and it is hard to imagine the kind of craziness they have to go through all while being able to maintain an excellent level of customer service. I FEEL ALWAYS WELCOME AT THIS STORE.

On 11/11/21 I went to the Home Depot, Escondido II store. I bought a lawn tractor, and a trash compactor, along with several smaller items. I ordered the tractor, and compactor at the customer service desk. I was assisted by Alex. Alex was very efficient, helpful, understood my needs, and friendly. He provided service above and beyond what I have experienced at other big box stores.

Plano storage boxes are awesome.

Having a shower & pan installed. Have bought pieces I didn’t need & Marie in Customer Service was great with handing both times I had returns. She is the person who makes changes in the system for exchanges also which I needed. She was quick & friendly & made the process seamless. A big thank you to Marie! Another store is closer to my home but service here is worth the drive!

I started with a phone call to locate a specific bathroom shower. The person I reached, Monique, was over the top helpful. She checked inventory had one. She called me back when verified. The drain pan with center drain not available, called other stores. Found a right drain. Went to store, she completed paperwork, put it on hold for pickup on Sat. She went way above & beyond what other stores had done. She deserves more than 10 stars. My limit won't allow me to share more. Thanks, Monique!!!
