I ordered online expecting to do a curbside pickup. I got there and followed all the directions. Finally, after waiting for 15-20 minutes, no one showe up, so I went inside. Turns out the customer service doesn't even get notified of a pickup? And, the guy was by himself, is he supposed to leave and go outside while a line forms inside. Do better Home Depot!

I bought some retaining blocks that should be 6'' but there are none of the same thickness .you are received by people who are more concerned with their personal lives than their work

After visiting other home stores, we came in to the store and found exactly what we wanted! And the assistance was exceptional!

My husband is a contractor and is very familiar with the store. I am not, yet when I go to Home Depot the employees are very nice, helpful which makes my visit so pleasant. Love their holiday and seasonal items.

Tatty definitely tried to make a situation that was an error through Home Depot and their website much better. She took her time to help solve a pricing issue and did her due diligence to resolve it as best as she could. Definitely appreciate workers who strive to help the costumers. Very happy with the experience that was resolved through her end. Will definitely come back because the way she handled the situation with grace and mindfulness!

I appreciate how everyone is friendly and helpful at this store. Every employee takes time to say hello, confirm my ideas and help answer my questions. I’m thankful the staff will assist lifting items of the shelf and helping me unload items into my car.

I went to look for dryer prices and after receiving such excellent customer service I made my purchase same day! The employee in appliances; Lisa M. was very patient and kind to answer my many questions. I left feeling confidant about my purchase and the price I paid. Rude forklift driver. Poor knowledge of product. Painful return/credit process. Overall one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and all of it based on Home Depot employees knowledge and 'assistance'. Never going to get that hour of my life back. Would rather delay the job than visit this home depot location ever again. Not the case for other locations.....Santee was amazing and fixed the problem this store created.

His knowledge of safety gear was as vast as the universe, and he took the time to educate me on how to choose the right products, like a patient astrophysicist explaining the intricacies of the cosmos! Cosmic Tom's stellar customer service made my shopping experience feel like a journey through the galaxy, both enjoyable and enlightening.
