Customers inadvertently kick rocks in the curbed area where the trees are. Have an employee shovel them back within the enclosed curbed places. The problem is the level of the rock is above the curb edge. Best to have an inch or more of the rock 1" below the inside curb edge; shovel excess rock away or by the tree at the center. Customers can trip on these rock while walking in the parking lot.

My kitchen is in the process of getting new counter top and cabinets. Also a new refrigerator that was just delivered. I was amazed by the guys that did the installment. Very professional and efficient, even with all the adjustments and accommodations they made. They did an amazing job!

I repainted my entire home and the paint was perfectly colored and such better quality - it covered my highly-textured walls with one coat. And the special attachment for the lids which I’d never seen before made pouring so much easier and clean. I bought paint to start my project at another big store and found immediately it wasn’t going to work. So glad I switched to Home Depot. The people there were nicer and actually seemed more interested in helping me.

I bought 6’ boards and when I went to cut to use discovered they were 3/4” short. How is 71.25” 6’?

It may take a few minutes to find someone to help me, but when I get help it's usually top notch. I know I can always get great advice on my projects, good prices, and assistance getting everything into my car or truck. I know, I have a 95% chance of finding everything I need. I usually have some excellent choices too - perhaps too many choices!

I bought a Bradnailer thinking it was new, I paid the full price and o ce i open it found out it was used it’s some dents and a piece of a nail in the nailer storage.

The Eubank Store's Screen Door Dept. Associate rapidly created and printed an entire cost estimate (and final order purchase) for the screen door, knob/deadbolt lock & Professional installation in less than 20 minutes. Door was successfully properly installed 2 weeks later. Upon request, the Eubank Store created a PRO (separate account?) CC account using my personal H-D CC account.

I bought a product on clearance but forgot to use my coupon. The associate called the credit card company they advised to cancel and repurchase, but the sale price did not regenerate. I had to wait a couple days. Now that price is no longer available. It was for a clearance item.

May 2025 purchase. The actual purchase process was the only snag. Web site verification said there were antenna kits on the shelf. The 45 mile trip to buy off the shelf is usually 5-6 hours faster than an online order and pickup. A sign on the shelf said the antenna kit has to be ordered online. The kit was in stock, but stored elsewhere because of theft problems. Cue the clown music. The antenna kit system is very DIY friendly and intuitive, which is nice because the instructions consist of a few cartoon drawings. The kit consists of the power source to the router and 15 meters of heavy duty outdoor cable from router to antenna. The purchase of additional mounting equipment is necessary unless you plan to leave the antenna on its little plastic kickstand sitting on the ground or another horizontal surface. I wanted it pole-mounted, but was unimpressed with the flimsy looking Starlink pole mount adapter. I opted for their house mount which I attached to a 4x4 wood post. The house mount is a sturdy metal piece that includes 2 lag screws, and mounting adapter for the antenna. The service setup is also fairly simple on the app. The antenna does what it’s supposed to do. It pulls 40-50 watts just in transmission. I haven’t had the opportunity to determine electricity usage while it’s in snow-melt mode. For my area (New Mexico higher elevation) I will buy a polycarbonate shield for the antenna for hail and UV protection. I don’t expect the antenna to survive many hail storms. Antenna system - good. Purchase process - needs improvement. System setup - good. Component durability potential (regular pole bracket and antenna body) - could use improvement.

I have gone to this store several times and waited 10 mins to get a tool from a locked cabinet. It took even longer to get an employees attention. They show up pretty fast when you start cutting things and using tools to help yourself. I've had to do this 3 of 5 times at the Eubank location.

Cashier treated people with skin color differently than white people.

Home Depot carries all the supplies needed for swamp coolers.

I ended up with a lower quality of wood burning pellets yesterday and am very disappointed. Instead of the Simply Green Douglas Fir Premium Ultra pellets purchased a month ago Home Depot replaced those with a lower quality, still called Simply Green but not Douglas fir and labeled premium plus. Max heat BTUs for ultra is 8700 vs premium at 8400 BTUs. Makes a difference in burning.
