While I did not have good customer service from the service desk, when I went to find another associate, I came to Abigail and she was more than helpful! She stopped what she was doing, went outside to get the SKU from the grill that I wanted and then proceeded to help me check out at self-check.

Awesome customer services during my visit to purchase items two days ago.

Everything I bought on this shopping trip has not dissatisfied me at all , none of the products where damaged , ripped , or dented like some other stores

We purchased a replacement toilet, supply line, and 4 clamps for the office. Only toilet was loaded on the truck. Returned to store and they refused to look for the items, had me go and get a new supply line and 4 more clamps. Proceeded to issue a refund for those items then got mad at me and said I didn't initially purchase a supply line or it was not scanned. Charged me more money (they held my original receipt while saying I didn't pay for the original supply line). I caught the error the next morning at work. Employees are hostile and assume the customer is either wrong or trying to scam the store. Absolutely unacceptable behavior that will result in a vendor ban for our organization.

It’s always hit or miss with Home Depot employees but I had a great dealing with the employee Andrea she was so much help tonight.

There so many things on the wish list, focusing on a single product would be something I would be hard pressed to do a review. We will be back.

Great customer service! I had to return stuff....smooth, I needed help finding an item....they walked me directly to it, something rang up incorrect....she corrected it and it was quick~!

I needed help with building a sandtray. Derek, over in lumber, was pretty amazing and patient, in spite of all that was on his plate. I really appreciated the way he helped me out. This has been the third time where I have been to this Home Depot location, I have needed help, and Derek was kind enough to approach me and ask me if I needed help with anything. That is pretty rare. I really am grateful for that. Since it is incredibly rare, I decided to write my first ever review for Home Depot.

I have had mainly good experiences at this location. Associates that have walked me right to the item and helping me to get exactly what I was looking for.

Amazing with all the gentrification in the area the need for security all over the store. Never ending cluttered aisles with pallets of products. Empty shelves, etc...

I visited all the Home Depot stores in Albuquerque. I finally stopped at the #3501 and made my purchase. The sales person was helpful and patient with me as I looked around. She answered all my questions. I trust GE appliances and I’m looking forward to having my range delivered and installed. Thank you

Employees there are really not interested in helping you find items and the item I wanted is consistently out of stock.

I priced the type of water heater I need at several stores and found Home Depot to have the best price. I received assistance contacting the installer, who has an AAA+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website. It was a positive experience.

I don't understand why you can't pay cash at tge self checkout. If you won't let people pay cash there, then open up a dedicated line so that you can move people more quickly out of the store. Is cash a crime now to use?

I'm so happy to walk into a store, ask a store employee for help, and actually get help. The rep, Kyle, was not in the dept I needed, but he went with me to the dept. Another employee, Lyndsay, came in and helped me with my purchase. They were both great, knowledgeable and helpful!

The location of this store is not great - a rough neighborhood known for crime and panhandling. I appreciate the fact that every time I have visited this store there have been visible security guards and or a police presence - making the experience safer and more comfortable.

Plenty of employee help around the contractor areas, but less so arounbd the average person looking for an item.

Worst HOME DEPOT I’ve EVER been too. The MANAGER lied to face about a warranty water heater. Ethan is the worst manager I’ve ever meet. Very dismissive of your concerns. I almost want to file a lawsuit!!!!

I shop HD almost daily. That said I have always had such great interaction with my cashier Cassandra. She is always so helpful and can point me where I need to be. I always return just for the friendly interaction. Such a change!

Always clean, friendly and easy to navigate in this Home Depot. The staff is helpful and I can always find someone to help out every time I visit the store.
