Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Paint department is great. All employees are ready to assist and know their stuff.

If you need help with cabinets, countertops, etc. in the Kitchens Department, Lyndsey is the person you want to work with. She has a lot of experience, and is a great resource!

Terrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful employees. I asked to speak to a manager about the poor level of service I received and was blown off . I work in customer service and I understand the frustration and stress that goes with working in retail environment, especially now with the pandemic and the holidays. I am usually very empathetic and understanding , and I would’ve been fine if I just received, “ I’m very sorry Sir that you had such a terrible experience I do apologize.” instead I was met with nothing but disrespect.

Every time I shop in this store the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They appear well rested, energetic and happy to be \doing what they do. The store is clean, well labeled and stocked, so thanks to all the people behind the scenes doing that work. It is the people and teamwork that makes this place hum. I'm new here in New Mexico and am happy that this Home Depot is in a convenient location for me because the service is great, whether at customer service or associates I find in aisle to ask questions.

Customers were not wearing masks as required by our Governor on 10/14/2020. Store employees were notified of customers not in compliance and they simply said "We can only suggest they wear one..." WRONG! Don't shop the Eubank Store in Albuquerque until this Covid-19 situation is over! You could be risking YOUR life or the lives of your LOVED ONES!

Nita & Tina at the Eubank location were very helpful to me and saved me a return trip to exchange a damaged product I was about to purchase. THANKS

The store is conveniently close to my home and I appreciate that! I always get helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees that show me where to find what I need, if I can't find said item they will go with me and make sure I find what I need!

Shopping today at the Albuquerque Eubank store I heard an announcement over the PA system that politely said everyone was to wear a mask, and if you didn't have one, the customer service desk would have one for you. I know signs out front ask people to wear masks, but this was a nice thing to hear, made me feel safer.

Only went in for one item. I had never been in this store. received immediate help finding my item. Tristan the cashier was very pleasant.

Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! Especially Frta whom we had met! Love this store!

The store was clean and appears to be very well stocked with supplies. The cashier, Tristain, was very positive,proactive and was readily seeking to help customers check-out.

My first review was rejected about how bad the service is at Home Depot....need I say more!

I like the website... its nice to know how quantities and locations within the store. I called recently to find if a product was on hand, because the website said they were almost out, and received an answer from your customer service as to how many of the item was available without waiting in the phone to long. However, I recently bought two sheets of 1/2" exterior plywood and one of the sheets totally separated from moisture in a rainstorm while the other one did not. The lamination should not have separated. Too much trouble to return it.

The checkout was a joke--very frustrating, irritating. Only two checkers on duty and one seemed to be incompetent. One of the fat, female employees hogged in front of me it looked like to pay for a bottle of soda pop. Didn't apologize or even look at me. Then another employee joined the duo talking and looking at their cell phones. I went to the other checker. When I left the store, the first checker was still screwing around with those two other employees.

We like the layout of the store, and the associates are helpful. Good displays and availability of products.

No person, place or thing is perfect. That does not stop the employees at this location from trying to be as perfect to their consumers as possible. I will ONLY shop this store and you will too, watch and see.

They employees here are almost always helpful and well intentioned. There have been a few examples of either ineptitude and malicious compliance with store policy. I have no doubt that every tries do what they think is the right thing to do.
