Awful experience. I am still trying to get these installed correctly. Installer isnt qualified

I absolutely love everything about Home Depot, but my favorite is the Garden center. There's always a wonderful selection of reasonably priced plans and garden necessities. The employees are always very helpful and friendly.

After COVID the old hands had left and the sore was full of new hires who had a lot to learn about product, customer service, and how to work. since then it is obvious there has been a good deal of effort put into training. Great store most people I have met care and work at their jobs.

I just bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer and Ben helped me out. He was so patient and very knowledgeable with all kinds of appliances. He did an excellent service!!!

Mainly lumber I needed. I could find Treated Lumber in various sizes. The greenhouse Is outdoors

I purchased several items at home depot on my home depot card and requested several times to have the receipt e-mailed did it come NO NO. Same with the payments that I make still no receipt.

Well this is the first time in a few years that good Customer Service was used . I walked into the store and was greeted . The paint clerk was very friendly and helpful . I even walked down an isles and was asked if I needed help . Usually I would have to seek help . I will say the workers were age 40 and up . And it seems nowadays this age still remembers what Customer Service is . It was a nice experience ! Knowledgable staff and helpful !

Up grading your home starts with knowing you can find what you will need to do any project at this store it's a great location with fast and friendly employees that will assist you with anything you will need to do the job yourself, you can find it at the home Depot.

Matt is a 10 great with customers. He is a keeper do not lose him !!!~ He works only week days that when I'll go see him if I need anything!!!

Please fire who ever manages the lumber department. There is so much junk that they refuse to paint purple and get rid of.

I sent my wife to find a ladder I found on a flash one day limited stock $125 off sale and the employees found the ladder and handed it all the way to the truck for my wife! Thank you everyone who helped! Amazing service!

I went to purchase just a few items, and all were in stock, which was nice. However, when I got to the check out, the only option was self checkout. There were about 5-6 check stands, but 4 employees hovering around. While scanning my items, one employee continued to stand behind me, looking over my shoulder to make sure I was scanning everything. As a regular customer, and someone who does not steal, this felt extremely offensive and disrespectful. Not to mention, if theft is such a concern that you need to have employees hovering over your customers - WHY DON'T YOU JUST HAVE REGULAR CHECKSTANDS? I will not be going back to this store.

James spoke with me on the phone last night to help me get a replacement refrigerator for our broken kitchen refrigerator and he was able to get it delivered by noon the very next day. Unbelievable! And he was able to get a discount for us because we purchased a Floor model. He is an asset to Home Depot and I hope that they realize what a great employee they have! He was nothing but oozing Customer Service!

There was no one in the store. I really helped me. I had to load it into the car basically by myself and check out by myself and put it in my car by myself. It was very heavy, and I thought that there would be somebody there to help me.

Cashier didn't want to find price on item that had no barcode

There is so much crap wood that needs to be painted purple but the lumber asm won’t do it. This prevents new lumber from being ordered and stocked.

I was looking for a certain kind of Suet for the birds and I found it at a good price, thank you! I was also looking for saw blades for a Porter-Cable multi-tool, did not find the item I was looking for.

I had a few window blinds cut at this store and associate Gordon provided great customer service. In today's world, it's rare to find someone with Gordon's level of professionalism and genuine customer care. He truly stands out.

I am usually always able to find and get the products I need, most of the help is knowlegable, get the law enforcement out of there cars and have them hourly walk the store

Splitter works good but the help trying to get it was horrible I would not buy anything that expensive there again no one knew anything about it was rude to my worker who went to pick it up. I had to leave work to go down and talk to the manager then we did not get all the parts that were suppose to come with it. No one knew anything even though we showed them the ad. Had to get angry to get them and still did not get all of them. Went to another store and got the rest of the parts.

We had an employee who showed us where the product we needed was. Then finding none in stock, he made certain the sales associate checked availability at another store. Friendly. Courteous. Knowledge of products were impressive.

I wrote a review praising the Everett Millwork Department, but I regret that I have to take it all back. I just found out that there's yet another glitch in my door order: something to do with an I.T. problem this time, and after 5 months of wrestling with these guys, my door is still not on order.

I was greeted with a disinterested grunt of “what’s up?” I told him the mix of paint I needed. With no response, he entered it in the computer, got the paint, mixed the paint, and handed me the can with no additional interaction or words. This was an extreme exception to service I normally receive at the store

Paid Home Depot to deliver dirt. It was to be delivered on Saturday. Was not contacted and now at 1:00 PM on Sunday still no contact.

The Lady Samantha in Tiles/countertops was excellent, very Knowledgeable, felt very comfortable in purchasing. And other employees were very helpful.

Having the police in the parking lot has definitely cut down on a lot of the riffraff that we have seen over there. Thank you Home Depot for letting us shop at the Everett store again by doing this.

Every associate I've ever dealt with at this store has been pleasant and helpful. My only gripe is that there is a shortage of help at checkout registers with only one register being occupied by an associate. Self checkout is usually OK but not always. I would like to see more staff occupied registers.
