The store was clean and products were easy to find

I would like to say that Shelly at the home depot in Everett Washington is an employee Home Depot should be proud of! She is honest, professional and friendly. She also knows her stuff! I first met Shelly when I was doing a deck project since then I have done kitchen, bathroom ,new doors and painting projects. I can ask her anything about almost any area of the store and she always points be in the right direction with honest information. I came in for a kitchen sink a couple weeks ago, she was out sick so she called TJ one of her counterparts. He not only helped me but also provided above and beyond customer service. You should be very proud to have employees like Shelly and TJ.

Our sales person was Charlie A he did a fabulous job of meeting our needs.

Every staff member was helpful and friendly. When I asked a question it was answered in a respectful manner. When I did not understand the check out an employee walked me though the process. an employee I hope you had a nice visit I hope you come back. The parking lot was clean and safe

My husband and I are so pleased with our shopping experience at the Everett Home Depot. Very nice store with great customer service. We met the bath area manager T.J. and the Interior Design Consultant (kitchen area) Phillip, when we came in for assistance with our bathroom and kitchen remodels. Both were extremely helpful. Our next visit we spent with Phillip and he was able to assist us with purchases for one of our bathroom remodels. We look forward to returning soon to place orders for our second bathroom remodel and our kitchen remodel. Phillip was so helpful, friendly & fun that the time flew by! I came in dreading having to make these remodeling decisions and now I am excited to keep going on my other projects. Thank you Phillip and Home Depot, we look forward to working with you until our remodels are completed!

It was a joy to find a store that had the product I needed and employees willing to help me find what I was looking for plus they were kind, considerate and very helpful. Store was clean and the employees went above and beyond helping me to find the product.

Shoreline was out/did not receive a Black Friday ad item but told me Everett had some in stock. This feature alone is so helpful. When at Everett the item had not made it to the sales floor and could not be located by several different employees. Chenoa and Laurie were the two who ended up helping me. They were both very sweet and took the time with this 83 y/o. It was greatly and gratefully appreciated.

This comment has nothing to do with the store, but with Home Depot policy/procedures. In trying to register a product purchased qualified for an LSA, the complexity and hassle in registering on-line will cause me to not consider the LSA as an incentive in purchasing a Rigid tool in the future. Not to worry. You folks have way too much business and too many customers to take time to consider this near worthless comment. Can't figure why you spend any time or money on these types of surveys. They certainly don't change the way the way you do things if they don't fit-in the way you choose.

Not that much help in electrical maybe during Black Friday holidays. Shortage of inventory.

Tried to buy a lawn mower but couldn't get help from garden associated to load it on a flat cart so I left it in the aisle and bought a package of screws I needed

Store manager will degrade and humiliate you just to not honor a receipt.

Costumer service can be better.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have gone into the Everett Home Depot and met Phillip G. in the cabinet design department. We had a pipe brake in the wall in the kitchen which destroyed all of our cabinets and floor. We loved our kitchen and were not happy that we had to remodel. He was sympathetic to our issue and made it an exciting adventure. He was quick to make changes, had great suggestions and worked with us to help us come up with solutions to our disagreements. He kept in touch through the entire process and came up with ideas that we had not even thought of. I have never received this kind of attention in any store let alone a Home Depot. He made us feel like we were his top priority. I have been in a ton of kitchen cabinet store in Snohomish and King County and Philip G. beats them all! Again, I am so grateful to have gone through this process with him as he has saved us a bunch of stress and made our heartache a fun adventure.

Moe and Amber are amazing people and they are each so helpful. I could not have asked for more!

Kind staff, easy to find items, if store says items are in stock, they usually are.

The store staff are just very friendly and always ready to help.

The store was nice and decent. I went to the Tool Rental Department and rented a Buffer and fan to dry my carpet. Everything was very nice and courteous. The cashier loaded the buffer in my SUV. I could not have asked for a better service. Even with this Covid-19, I am quite please and will do business there, again.
