my experience was with a sales person named Therese. I am painting an aluminum fence plus looking for a contractor to refinish our hardwood floors. She was helpful on all accounts. She knew exactly the type of brush, paint and sup[plies I would need and even took me to the service desk in order to have my information to be taken by Kelly in order to have a Hd contractor contact us. All in all it was the best shopping trip at any Hd I have had.

The Associates help me with everything that I needed. The also helped me with some customization which a home depot store doesn't do normally.

Dealt with Herbert Buttorf at the Pro Desk for our deck project. Even though I compiled a list of everything I needed down to the exact number of bolts, he reviewed the list and made substitutions for "in stock" items that were either cheaper or of better quality. When I finished building my 16x36 deck with the spiral staircase, I had almost nothing to return. He dealt with all of my questions quickly and efficiently. If you need help with a large project, go see that guy!

The cashier & plumbing associate were extremely nice & helpful.

I always get new DIY ideas whenever I visit the store. Prices are decent, occasionally get great deals.

I needed help to lift the mulch because I am a small thin lady. It was a great help to have someone put 5 bags of mulch on the cart & also another to load my mini-van.

You need to have more boots on the ground, I had to go up and down several times to find associates to help me. This is not good way to earn my business, sometimes associated totally ignored me or send me to another person, without any further assistance.

Frank was so helpful in locating the exact tile that I was looking for! He spent a good amount of time helping me to load the heavy boxes. I really like the tile selection and the helpful associates who work at the Fairfax Tile Department. THANK YOU!!!

The price are good for all vegetables plants. We got some tomato and green peppers.

As always a clean store and the associates are very willing to hep their customers with a smiling face.

The Fairfax Store is a great asset to my business needs. Everybody in the Pro area has the knowledge to complete my company orders and they truly care about helping small contractors like me.

I arrived in the store with my hair on fire with a plumbing leak! OMG -- John Baham and Richard Cesear where there to assist and encouraged me that I could correct this issue on my own. They took the time to walk me thorough the correction process and reiterated to ensure that I understood what needed to be done. They were patient with me which made all the difference. I hope that HD gives they the correct acknowledgement.

Products were stocked, prices are good. The staff is great.

Luis helped us bring back to life an orchid we liked but was dying. It is now healthy and thriving.

Easily found the items I intended to purchase - the spreader was on sale and I was able to quickly checkout in the garden center and head right back to my car.

Employees were available to help me every time I needed assistance but were never pushy. Just available. Clean store. Overall great experience, as usual.

Kimberly Hopkins, the designer at the kitchen department has excellent knowledge of the subject matter, outstanding operational and people skills as well as a positive attitude. We enjoyed working with her.

The Customer Service at this location was simply great. The associate Mr. Ryan voluntarily came forward to help while we were looking around. His professional courtesy, technical know-how, helping tendency, walking extra miles to help customer were unbelievable and we felt like 'a confident friend' is helping us out. We did stop at the customer service to pass on compliments. He filled the gap between 'customers basic knowledge' and 'what the actual product is' and pros and cons. The over all experience at this store was too good. We bought the products with confidence and we walked out with complete satisfaction. What a nice experience. Thank you.

This Home Depot has everything needed for your home and more. Plenty of helpful associates and very often I am surprised by new and innovative products that are in stock.

I was in search of bathroom fixtures and located them very easily. However, it was located on a very high shelve. Therefore, I was in search of an employee to help me. He was very courteous and answered all my questions and retrieved the merchandise on the high shelve.

CASHIER AMBER ACX1BV IS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESCENDING. SHE OVER RINGS PRODUCTS AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CONFRONTED OVER THIS. SHE TREATED MY FATHER AND I AS IF WE WERE COMPLETE IDIOTS AND AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WE WENT TO LOWES SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER WHEN PURCHASING LARGE CONTRACTOR ITEMS.
