As always, the employees at this location are always willing to help in any situation. I am always greeted with a smile as soon as I come in. This is why this is the place I get all of the material I need to remodel my house. Thank you to all the employees that help me!!!

Store is clean, available products displayed neatly. Aisles are normally uncluttered unless restocking is going on. People are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but not always easy to find when I'm in need of assistance.

THE STORE HAD THE PRODUCT I NEEDED BUT MORE THAN ANYTHING THE ASSOCIATES AND CASHIER ARE AMONG THE BEST AT ANY STORE. THIS STORE ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY APPRECIATE ME SHOPPING HERE.

The associate ( Ms. Tasha Waters) was very good at her job! She knew the product I was looking for very well.

This time I had a hard time getting help finding what I was looking for. The woman at the front desk called them twice but no one came to the front so I went back and found what I was looking for myself.

The store manager Amadou Saye and his assistance store manager were excellent in guiding and helping me and my husband to find quality products at low prices. We were personally escorted down each isle while the store manager pointed out materials we asked about. Even though, I can imagine this store manager had other things he could be doing, he stopped his process to assist us. He and his assist manager were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We purchased laminate flooring, underlayment, a bath vanity, chandeliers, etc. We only came in to get the laminate. To make a long story short, my husband and I are completely satisfied. We wish the very best for the store and the store manager and assistant manager. They both physically helped us to load each case of laminate. Usually a manager would call for an associate to do this, but not these two gentlemen. They rolled up their sleeves and started working.

My experience at Home Depot was good I receive good customer service I also was pleased with the service that was given to me with me being 61 years old I had help with this heavy generator.. miss pat was also an excellent sales representative in Fairfield Home Depot..

We had already picked out the lawnmower we wanted online. But wanted to see it before making a final decision. Store representative was very helpful Loading the mower on our trailer and showing my wife little things that were different from our older model. Cashier was very nice. Sunday afternoon and she took time to help us.

I have been very pleased with the customer service at this location. I have made frequent visits and purchases at this location over the past year and I must say the departments I have shopped in, the associates have been very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products in their departments. The cashiers are very friendly and even upon entry of the store, a friendly greeting is given which speaks volumes to me. Not only am I pleased with the overall customer service experience but the availability of the products hasn't been an issue thus far. If the product(s) I desire are not in, it's sure to be there at minimum the following week. Also, you don't have to really hunt to find an associate for assistance. They find you! The appearance and cleanliness of the store I would say is in good shape. Overall, I have had a great experience at this location.

Store clerks go out of their way to help, always very knowledgeable about products you are looking for and they always seem so happy to share information that will help in your purchase.

Everytime I visit store it is neat clean and in order. Plus they have items on their website In stock.

As said before, I have shopped this store since opened. Have never had any negative issues. Am there at least every other week, sometimes more often.

The first time I visited this store, the store Manager, Mr. Amadou Saye greeted me and personally assisted me with my shopping. He made sure I got what I wanted. I had visited two other Home Depot locations in the Birmingham area and no one waited on me even after I showed extreme interest in a product. I visited the Fairfield Store one time and found what I wanted, (I found the product I wanted at both of the other Home Depot Locations) I told Amadou I wanted to research online and I would return in a week and give him my decision. I went home and looked online for the details and returned when I said I would and made a $3000.00 purchase. I made this store my Home Depot store for all purchases in the future because of Mr. Amadou. D. Wilson

there isn't always a person to help you in the area that you need help in but being able to look up questions on my phone is good

The was nicely stocked. All EMPLOYEES were dressed professionally. And everything were easy to locate.

Because the associate could not answer my concern without calling for her manager and because this associate literally left me more than once to help others who were at the self serve check outs, I waited an inordinate amount of time for my question to be answered. The discounts that I received did not show on the register I was checking out at, but they did show on the final receipt. Because only one discount showed I questioned whether I received the remaining three discounts and the associate could not help me for what seemed like more than a few minutes.

The store was clean, and the cashier was very sweet.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE PRODUCTS I NEED WERE EASY TO FIND , AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP I RECEIVED FOR THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELP ME.

As long as I have been coming to this store I did not know they had mobility chairs. I went in today and was talking the the associate about my legs hurting because of my recent by-pass surgery and he said use these molibilty chairs I said I did not know this. I had a great shopping experience thanks to him. One word of that might help sometimes people leave the chairs outside and the seats get HOT put cloth seatrs on them and it would help a lot. The store was very, very clean. Everyone was so kind and friendly and didn't mind me asking questions. All staff greeted me with a friendly HELLO and can I be of any assistance. I was having a bad day before visiting your store and I left there with a smile on face after being treated so good...Hats off to Home Depot !!!!

I saw a lawnmower that I wanted on the website and when I visited the store I couldn't find it. An Associate asked if I need help and not only found it but was extremely nice . Everyone has always had a pleasant attitude when I shop here
