Great Experience Shopping at Home Depot!
The moment I walked up to the entrance an associate pulled out a cart for me. As I walked through the aisles I was greeted by every associate I encountered. I needed assistance in the paint dept and immediately was shown which products to use and instructions on how to use them. My check out was fast and easy! The cashier was awesome! Best home improvement store shopping experience ever!

Great attitude from Perry
I was in the Hoover, AL store yesterday. Perry helped me with an issue with an item in the tool department. He was a great help and knowledgeable about the item and resolved the issue.

bad floor associates
floor people are put out when you ask for information or they want to argue.....make sure inventory is accurately shown on website....drove 42 miles to buy product that wasn't there.

Great service.
I went to the Hoover store to purchase a pressure washer. The employees were extremely helpful. Going forward this will be the only store I shop.
