Nix the self checkouts. Other than that I love Home Depot.

I found the employees extremely friendly and helpful.

Love this store. The employees are top notch and knowledgeable. Most important they are accessible. Someone is always available to help. Today a gentleman named Darrell assisted me in picking out a bathroom faucet. I had quite a few questions about installing it and he made sure I had all the right tools and helped me pick out the correct hoses. As an older female and a newbie to "do it yourself" home improvement jobs I couldn't thank Darrell enough for his unmatched customer service. Because of my experience with him, I won't hesitate to embark on other DIY projects. My faucet install went well and it looks super. Thanks Darrell!

We went to the store to make multiple purchases - carpet, laminate, woodwork and appliances. Every single staff member (Damon in flooring, Sale and Wayne in Appliances and the cashier)was helpful, spent a tremendous amount of time with us and did everything they could to simplify and expedite the process. They were all remarkable!

The people in this store go over and beyond to help you. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will help you find the answer. Lori and Ray are some of the best we have worked with and we have done a number of remodel projects -- large and small. Thank you!

I literally ran into the store because I had a plumber at the house doing one simple install and needed a faucet after he discovered our problem......I was assisted by someone in kitchen design, in the aisles, and by a sales clerk......and got out of there and home without any lag in time-----saving me wasted labor costs!

STORE DEPARTMENT HEADS ARESUPER. AND HELP FROM OTHER STAFF ++ GREAT! I WOULD RECOMMEND THE STORE; HOWEVER, I HAVE A SIGNIFICANT ISSUE WITH THEIR 'HOME OFFICE' IT DEPARTMENT. ..AND AT THIS POINT THEIR IT DEPARTMENT HAS COST ME SIGNIFICANT TIME AND MONEY AND PASSED ON TO ME THE BURDEN OF PROVING THEIR INEPTITUDE.

I shopped for appliances at the Fairlawn Home Depot, and Lori was very helpful. She guided my on my choices, and scheduled the perfect date for the appliances to be delivered, She knew so much about appliances and she was extremely patient about answering all my questions.

If you need an employee to assist you and get great and friendly help, ask for Fred! He was awesome to assist us when making purchase at Home Depot in Fairlawn

The floor assistants at this Home Depot are great! Have a problem and most of them think outside the box for a creative way to make your project work! I wanted to set-up a temporary mailbox, but didn't want to cement in the post - the assistant took me to lumber and showed me the metal 4' stakes I could use for the hollow of a mailbox post. Perfect! Over the years with church projects they have helped tremendously. Kudos to all in Fairlawn!

This is my go to store. The people that work here no matter what department your shopping in are very helpful, they know what there talking about. They know there products, It's a very pleasant time shopping at Home Depot. I would recommend this store for all your household needs and then some.

Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out our first washer and dryer!

The store is usually clean and stocked with most of the items.

There are a handful of gems working here who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jerry is my go-to guy! Maria is awsome at the pro desk!

As a pro I have loved working with Joy and Maria at the pro desk. They obviously get overwhelmed almost every time I'm there but they handle it with such class. They are in a good mood even when they are sick. Home Depot better treat them both well or someone will steal them from you. What a great asset they are to your store. I'll probably go out of my way to do business at 3841 because of them.

Had a great experience with employees. The lumber yard was decently well stocked. Very empty on Sundays and no lines. Thanks for the great experience and would recommend.

Other stores had no pop-rivet guns or rivets. I went to Wal-Mart first, since I was purchasing another item. Even they suggested that I would find it at your store. The store was nearby, convenient, and I was met by a friendly employee at the door who guided me in the right direction. The hardware man was making keys, and I asked if he could send me in the right direction to find the product. He instantly told me the aisle, location, and pointed me on my way. Within a minute, I was selecting the product that best suited my needs. Thank you and keep efficient for your customers!

Great place to shop!

Very friendly people from the moment I walked in. I was asked if I needed help and I did. I needed to know where I could find a specific item and I was directed to it. Self check out was slow and the one associate had to assist all three customers extensively causing an unpleasant delay since there were other customers waiting for stations to check out. A standard checkout with a cashier scanning would have been more efficient and less waiting.

Store usually has what you need in stock. Employees are pretty friendly and helpful.

Great customer service. They go out of their way to serve the customer and meet their needs.

I like to shop at the Fairlawn Home Depot. They always have the products I want & knowledgeable associates to answer questions.

New CUSTOMER Check-Out Procedure is Inefficient and Slow. It is not efficient for the clerks.

few helpers. they are friendly if you can find them self checkout insulting to retail customers in any retail setting this is a stupid management decision which disconects customers from their retail experience which should be interactive

Love the new check out system

The store has always been well managed and fully stocked. The new Service Center is Excellent! However, the following comments mirror my guest survey comments: The Flatbed I rented yesterday had a cracked windshield (not in the drivers view) from the lower right to the lower left; the bed had piles dirt all along the sides and corners---someone had hauled dirt and not swept out the bed, I purchased 2.6 gallons of fuel after I had driven about 12 miles....the previous renter did not fill the fuel tank. The windshield is concerning since it could be a safety issue in the near future---not yet, but it does raise questions about why this is allowed to continue to be rented to the public.

Home Depot is the place for the helpful hardware man!
