The associate at the key making area was very knowledgeable about the process and made them very quickly! She was super nice and made this trip very short for me. Checkout was easy at self checkout- no lines

Associate not properly trained -- very limited knowledge of product. Knowingly allowed damaged products to be delivered to customer. Of the 19 cases of solid hardwood purchased, 5 of the cases were damaged and/or repackaged. As I had purchased all inventory of the Ash Gunstock Plank hardwood, my only option was the accept the damaged cases and swap them out for new cases at the Riverdale store. That is what we did -- most inconvenient.

I was in search for a specific type of tape. I was completed baffled when I did not find it in the Paint Section with all the other brands of tape. The Store Associate came to my rescue and walked with me to find the tape I needed. We found it in the Plumbing Section. Great attitude and friendly.

Wasn't in the store long but came to get what I needed

Store is very clean and actually has employees that are customer orientated and knowledgeable on their products.

Availability of associates for this store is totally poorly staffed .

The process was very quick I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

THE PRODUCT WAS EASY TO FIND AND OF GOOD QUALITY. ASSOCIATES WERE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Clerk in paint Dept waited on two customers before me even though I was at the counter first and standing right in front of him. This same clerk then gave wrong aisle information twice. He appeared very irritated when I returned not finding my items. I eventually found another associate who help me find my paint items. The second Associate was able to locate my items with no problem. This is the type of service I am used to at Home Depot.

I have visited this store for the last 5 years and the customer service in all departments are exceptional.Keep it up!!

I was picking up bricks for work and I was really overwhelmed with the store associates availability to help me! There were FOUR men helping load my car. Great experience. I highly recommend!

The staff at Fayetteville is awesome! Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I'm taking on a DIY project---installing GripStrip vinyl planks. Staff helped me find the right product and accessories, and a quick tutorial on installing flooring. And kudos to the awesome team in Doors and Windows. Made my visit pleasurable.

I would recommend the Fayetteville store for those individuals stepping out on home maintenance projects with limited personal experience. I find the store associates at this store more than willing to stop what they are doing to help you find the right products without trying to sell the most expensive items on my several visits to the store. They appear more interested in providing a pleasant experience and keeping customers returning to their store. I like that attitude as opposed to some experiences that I have had at other retailers who made me search for what I wanted to buy or tried to sell the high end products when a mid grade item would be more than adequate. Great job to all of the folks at The Fayetteville HD store. You do a great service for that company and you're setting an example for your colleagues.

Store was very clean and well stocked. The associates were very helpful.

Sales Associates were very friendly and that southern charm was there. customer Service was helpful and knew the products we were looking for. We will be visiting the home depot in Fayetteville, Ga again real soon.

Store has improved greatly in past year or so. It used to be long wait to check out and no personnel to assist. Must have a new manager!!!
