We live in a town of 14,000, so are especially happy to have a Home Depot

Very friendly staff always willing to help, Home Depot sells good quality merchandise, a lot to pick from!

Debbie that helped me with my cabinets didn’t order the right cabinets for me after 5 to 6 weeks of waiting for them to come. Three of them had to go back and I had to wait another 5 to 6 weeks for them to come and then another piece had to go back and now I’m waiting another 5 to 6 weeks for that plus I put my countertops on hold until the cabinets were delivered. I was supposed to move in my home August 16 and it is now October 30 and I am not happy I’ve had expenses and stress that should never be put on a customer never.

Home Depot … is my go-to place.

Lumber was terrible , couldn’t use some of what I purchased. Bought more elsewhere

Whenever I ask for the employee he/she alwsys walks us to the area we need to look for the item wonted!

The Fergus Falls store is one of my favorite HDs.

Both Stan and Michelle P were quick to help me. Stan made my keys and when he had to make keys for another customer, Michelle took over and helped me to quickly find the work light I was looking for. Fast and friendly help all around.

My go-to first choice store to find things I need around my home. From appliances to small tools to handy items, I usually find exactly what I need.

I did an online order for a Rheem water heater through the Fergus Falls Home Depot store got terrible service. Using Home Depot's online tracking, I watched my product sit in Chicago over a week before it moved. That caused an additional 1 week delay in scheduling a plumber to do the work. This resulted in slightly over two weeks delay overall to get my job done. Never again!

Helping me find the paint to get my paint to the rescue and repair the ceiling squares to get the job done

This store is clean and friendly. My customer service worker went above and beyond any place I have shopped in the past. Even delivered my items to my vehicle. Would highly recommend shopping at this location to anyone.

i took 3 things home to fix my problem on the advise of a man named mark. One was right and returned the other 2 with no problem.

Chrystian at the self checkout was very helpful. He helped me with my Home Depot military discount since I had to find it on my phone.

The people who work at Home Depot are almost always knowledgeable in the product I am looking for, and if they aren’t, they will find someone who will. I have always found the people at Home depot to be courteous, kind, friendly, and helpful.

I needed help ordering items online and Sheri at Customer Services was extremely helpful and took care of it all for me.

We were greeted by and helped by some very pleasant staff members at the Fergus Falls Home Depot. They were easy to find when needed, and were eager to help us! We were helped in more than one department and each time they had a smile and a thank you for us.....this is hard to come by in some stores. Way to go Fergus Falls Home Depot for keeping amazing Customer Service alive.....it was greatly appreciated!

I bought several bags of HEAVY, frozen potting soil today on sale and your employee, Joseph loaded it all for me with a smile and an awesome attitude. Home Depot is very lucky to have such a hard working employee like Joseph! Thank you!

We bought the floor model Christmas Tree as it was the last one available and still had to pay full price. Not even a box or anything to haul it in.

If you need answers find Perry and ask him. He's been there for years & knows where everything is. If he doesn't know the answer he knows where & who to ask.
