Excellent service in the plant department today by a wonderful staff person, Phoenix. She went above and beyond in helping me find just the right plants for my house! So very, very happy with my experience at Home Depot today!

No offense to big-box stores but when I first visited this store I was not expecting to be treated so well. You will feel like you are shopping at the local hardware store. The team at this HD is incredible! They all go way above and beyond. The team at the ProDesk is diligent and will stop at nothing to help you find what you are looking for at a great price. I highly recommend. I don't even live in Fergus Falls but will happily continue to come from far away to shop here.

I went to Fergus Falls Home Depot to purchase a new electric range. Although they did not have the model on hand that I was interested in, Diane (the sales lady), was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different models. She was able to complete the order and informed me as to when to expect delivery. If the need to purchase another kitchen appliance I will definitely return and look for Diane to help me once again.

I highly recommend this particular Home Depot location when looking to paint! In particular - call ahead to be sure "Julie" is working. She is the best!! Oh - the paint is fantastic too!!

I had a great experience at Home Depot. The sales people were most helpful and courteous. I am so thankful we have a Home Depot in our city! I was able to take care of my needs in one visit to the store.

A particular employee (Perry) knows a great deal about plumbing and was able to listen to my problem, and come up with a great solution. He took the time to pick out the materials I needed and explained how to complete the installation. While I'm pretty handy, he added high value to my shopping experience. The proof that he did a good job - when I got home I was able to complete the project.

I recently shopped for appliances and got a great Black Friday deal. The consultant was friendly and competent. The delivery was free and prompt.

Our family shops at the Fergus Falls Home Depot frequently. My husband likes the tool selection especially. We find what we need to repair our house and out buildings whether it is to shingle/tin a roof or build all the "special requests" from our children and grandchildren. The store has many experts that we rely on and have helped us decide what we need for the project--saving us many trips to get what we forgot.

The store was clean and the associates were very knowledgeable , I needed some different screws and in no time i had the correct ones .

If the way the older lady was acting up front I would hope no one would want to go in. Hands down the best cashier there was Kayla. She handled my issue very professionally after that older lady at self checkout walked away
