Well stocked shelves and provides all of our needs for home improvement items. We are glad we can choose to shop locally at Home Depot.

The employees in the Fergus Falls store are friendly and courteous. Most important most know where things are and will go that extra mile to help you find what you are looking for.

The Fergus Falls Store with Cashier Taryn was simply outstanding and made my visit so simply and clearly explaining matters in the repair of my home project which I do not understand. Often on my visits I simply ask for where an item may be so as not to have to walk great distances as I am a Senior Citizen. They will most often simply walk with me to the area where the item is and explain if this is really what I am seeking. I also feel they explain such matters as instillation clearly so I can understand. It is a really fun and pleasant trip to the Fergus Falls Home Depot Store with such cheerful folks working there.

Always seems to have a nice variety of hardware and home supplies, some I never have thought of to make our home life a little bit more organized and attractive.

Julie in the paint department at The Home Depot in Fergus Falls is fabulous!! She knows her products. Gives great advice when you are doing a painting project. Love, love love Behr paint!!

They have a kitchen and bath design consultant on staff at the store named Bonnie Bell Albers and a flooring specialist named Marlys Habberstad. These two women made my home building design so much more easy. They are easy to work with, confident, knowledgeable, and attentive to all your follow-up needs. Consider this place for your design needs.

Taryn was the employee who assisted us she went well out of her way we were very impressed!

We have done business with this store for several years and have found the staff knows their products and has made good suggestions. This past summer we had a problem with a flooring job and they took care of our concerns very quickly. We have bought lawn tractors, flooring, window treatments and many, many miscell. items and have always been satisfied. Our only concern is your store having to use the services of carpet layers who are not from this area, I realize it is a company choice to outsource this work but it doesn't make for a comfortable situation for the customer.

Over the years his store has treated us very satisfactory. We have purchased many items from this store over the years and have always been very happy with their service as well as the availability of the product. When it has been ordered, it usually has been handle very efficiently and the contractors they hire to install things are very efficient caring in the way they handle the work. I have recommended their work to many others.

This is a great store. They always have what I need and any time I need help or assistance there is always someone willing to go the extra mile.

Store is always clean and the employees either know the answer to your questions or they will quickly find someone who can answer you question for you.

Have done a lot of business with the customer service desk. All of them wonderful and helpful. I'd like to mention Kathy, Tony,Jay and one of the managers, I believe his name is Gill or something like that.

Had a problem with my GE washer from day one. Kept using authorized dealer to repair then realized in 7 months I definately had a lemon. Gannon in appliances worked to get my machine exchanged for another washer in a timely manner. Also, took the time to help me find another washer to fit my needs. Very pleasant and understanding.

All the people who work at this store are very helpful and friendly. The department people are also very knowledgable about their products and their store. I always enjoy shopping here.!

Over all this store is very friendly, well stocked, with knowledgeable people available to help you. At times they seem to be very short-handed, however, I do realize that good help is at a premium these days. I have purchased a lot of things from Home Depot - appliances, carpet, materials for a large deck (composite boards and vinyl railing), seamless gutters and downspouts installed, and new windows in my home. The people that install carpet, gutters and windows are very highly qualified and do wonderful work. Everything is left very clean when they finish and they haul away all the old items which is a great help.

I like the people there; they're just doing their jobs, but compared to a store like Menards, The Home Depot is very expensive and not organized well.

The personnel need to be trained in the use of the computer and second, try and resolve customers requests for service. It seemed to me that nobody cared? I come to the store for specific reasons and not sales. I want to come in, get my produce and go home. The personnel were not trained in how to handle customers. We had no negative exchanges, just confusion! Now, I'm old and the world won't come to an end, but I'll look elsewhere for sure.

Not all employees we worked with were knowledgeable about product but they did seek out assistance to get us what we needed.

This store is always clean, has helpful and friendly staff, has an abundance of supply on hand and a good selection. the prices are reasonable and there is a variety of prices and selection to choose from.

The store was very clean. The signs above the rows helped us locate the products we were looking for. Also the Sales Associates were very helpful. We were looking for carpet and Sales Associate Nancy was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase.
