We have used Home Depot for installation of Pergo flooring and carpeting, as well as Bali vertical blinds. We had wonderful service provided by Mr. Frank Trick, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also had help for the blinds from associate in that department, Steve, who showed us different options and savings. Recommend them!!

Store was right on fast service good help and on line app to find what you need .Makes it a breeze.To do a job number one .Dealing with this store daily for my paint & maintenance business.

Once again, its like we have to be the employees when we go to any HD & when the employees laugh & talk about us behind our back, & yes we can hear the flooring guys doing it, while they set on their butts getting paid for telling us, its not instore you have to order it online, can it be here tomorrow, no it will be a week at least. really? must be nice & you have no 12/3 in stock? really (again) oh theres a copper shortage going on? we hadnt heard, lol Thanks anyway

This store was busy, which of course is a good thing, but the employees still take time for the customers needs!

My Recent experience with Terri and Tom was great they are very helpful and polite employees they made the shopping experience great

I use to check out at the now returns and pick up counter. No one was in line and there were 5 employees standing around doing NOTHING. I asked to pay for my (2) items and was told I had to walk to the front of the store. The employee was so rude I called to talk to the store manager when I got home. The store manager was also rude and didn't care what I had to say. Get your employees some customer service training. My experience was horrible. HORRIBLE!!!!

The store always has what I need. Clean and organized. Very nice staff.

I am a regular at this store. One reason is the policy of letting customers cut some lumber products to length. Have never had a bad experence there. The store is well organized, clean, and the associates friendly, and helpful.

This Mason Home Depot Store always has plenty of friendly, helpful, and attentive employees ready to assist me with anything I need. The store is clean, well-stocked and checkout is always fast. I live very close to the Milford Home Depot, but will travel the extra miles to get much better service and satisfaction at this store.

Extremely rude employees. They wont help you, they will yell at you, and the store doesnt even have a great selection so dont waste your time.

Customer Service here spot on! Handled a credit for an item I inadvertently double-ordered on-line within 60 seconds. To say I was pleased is an understatement! Great going to the young woman who answered the phone!

The tool rental staff is outstanding. The rental items were maintained well and in easy to access areas. Well labeled with pricing and description. Jose and Chuck were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jose exceeded my expectations.

The associates were friendly and very helpful throughout the store. Merchandise was stocked and the store was clean. We were impressed with our cashier, Mick. He was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. He opened a register and got us on our way quickly.

I did my research and picked out the model of fire pit I wanted. The customer support person in my store showed me how to order it and have it drop-shipped to my house. Home Depot had all the tools and supplies I needed, and today my son and I installed the Pave Stone Rumblestone 4-layer fire pit ourselves. It looks awesome! From beginning to end the whole project just went perfect!

The store is generally fine, but I had such bad customer service today while trying to make a simple return of excess items that I cannot bring myself to go to that store again. Two people working the service desk and serving people who came in after me, while I was waiting 15 minutes in pain for the idiot at the desk to get off the phone and process my return. Nobody was in front of me, and the other woman at the desk refused to help me.

We are very pleased with the unfinished cabinetry we recently purchased. Their Behr paint is of high quality. Customer service personnel and at checkout are pleasant and personable.

They have an extremely rude store manager here. I asked a question that the checkout clerk couldn't answer and they called the manager over, who spoke to me in an extremely rude manner and I hadn't even said one word to her. You don't treat customers like that. Rude, rude, rude!! I am doing a whole house renovation and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
