We have been doing project and purchases custom items and have been very pleased with the staff the patients the details and efficiency on time and work complete places cleaned after very satisfied with home depot.

Worked with Craig on purchasing an affordable shed! He took his time and gave us good advice before making the purchase! We finally agreed on size, material and style!! So happy with our decision! Final product in about 2-4 weeks. Ask for Craig about anything related to the tuff sheds!!

This store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff is helpful. They usually have what I'm looking for too.

Store is typically well stocked and the staff for the most part are very helpful and friendly. Even the vendors are helpful and pleasant to talk to. I have never had a interaction with a vendor or employee at the store that was bad.

Love coming to this store, friendly staff and stocked items always.

My overall experience was great. The young woman who checked me out at the Contractor counter was wonderful. I would recommend using that HD store.

Over a year ago my husband and I decided to change the Wappingers Falls Home Depot location for the Fishkill location through this one is far southern from us. Even if they're carrying pretty much the same products, at the Fishkill location we always find someone capable, willing and patience enough to answer all our questions. I'll definitely recommend you the Fishkill Home Depot!!😃

I was greeted by the young ladies at customer service (Miledy annd Haleigh) and they were friendly they let me check out there since my car was closer to that exit.

Make sure you bring cash to pay for your merchandise because their cash registers don’t work correctly and would only accept Home Depot’s credit card.

Belle at the pro desk was very helpful getting all the parts for my deck railing. She overcame obstacles during the order. She even delivered all the materials to the job site!

Good customer service good store and all! But your app sucks outside the store and inside the store using store mode and connected to Home Depot Wi-Fi. Everything takes so long for it to load up

On my trip to the store I had a couple questions about some plumbing equipment and the sales staff must have seen it on my face because she asked if she could help me with anything and I said yes. I could tell that she didn’t know much about plumbing but she did everything she could to help. I was very impressed with the service I was provided and will be happy to give that particular store my business again in the future.

Rodney at the Fishkill store went above and beyond to secure the item we were looking for. Even though it was not his department he found the item on a pallet and got the pallet down without any issue. We appreciated his professionalism and competence. Not to mention his dedication to great customer service!! Thank you Rodney!

Derick in the garden center was such a help loading the heavy bags of mulch on my cart and in my car. He was such a pleasure to talk with.

I recently visited home Depot and the store was amazingly busy but an employee appointmented me in to the right isle

I needed stone slab supports and good supplies. Not only did I get them but I got lots of advice and most of all superior customer service. Andrea and Michael helped me out very much. I was guided to the right place and Andrea helped me with the special financing deal and Michael helped me get the items to my truck. I was cared for and totally attended to. I like V.I.P. treatment and Andrea and Michael got that to me.

The Cashier Manoj helped me in checkout area , He was very polite and knowledgeable, I saved $ 25 by opening a store credit card . Excellent service and convenient store location .

I worked with Joshneil to register the tax exempt organization that I work with. The registration process is tedius and he stuck with me to get it done all while helping other customers too.

A Home Depot employee asked me if I needed help and then spent the next 30 minutes helping me find and stack the wood and hardware I needed for 2 projects. I was in and out much quicker than expected because of his help.

The staff at Home Depot Fishkill are so nice and so helpful.
