Kevin recommended so many great things for my little DIY Reno I was doing. He made the process so easy. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I will forever choose this homedepot before any of the others.

Bought this new microwave recently and it’s great. The sales associate spent a lot of time with us going over the features of various models until we found the one we bought.

The quantity of helpful and pleasant employees is in abundance at this store. It is a little further to go to this store but it's worth it.

Self checkout crashed, minor hassle.

The Fishkill Home Depot is the best store out of all that are in all the counties in my area. I never go to any other store of yours but that one. The people are great to deal with, you always have what i need and if you don't have it, you they find a way to get it for me with no hassel and extreme pleasure to do so

The person that helped went above and beyond to find the trimmer I needed. It wasn't readily available in the display section but he tracked it down in the racks. He even took the time to get it out of large packing. They even price matched a lower price in another Home Depot. Thank you.

Not a fan of the all self check out one line set up. Difficult to push cart with materials around. Pain when your missing a QR code.

Where's the nice air conditioning? It was quite warm in the entire store area.

I thought buying a washing machine in another state for my brother over the phone would be hard but the salesman in Fishkill, NY (Pat Clark) made it easy and gave me lots of information to make the purchase. I would recommend anyone needing to purchase a washing machine or other appliances to ask for Pat.

We wanted to get a Milwaukee M18 fan. Online said it was limited stock and to visit the store. After a 45 minute trip to the store, there was no stock. An associate helped us as best he could but he could not find it either. Disappointed that we travelled so far and were given erroneous info from HD.

My only issue is return policy when you have a receipt & an unopened/unused product.

Terrible useless employees just like every other Home Depot.

The Fishkill store seems to be going to ALL sef-serve registers -- this is going to be a big pain for contractors buying large quantities of material / lumber - we are not Home Depot employees and should not have to ring up our own purchases

The self check out needs an attendant, might as well have cashiers. A very frustrating experience.The bins should be checked daily.A lot of the plumbing fittings can’t be scanned because of torn or nonexistent packaging so they.

Good people and good store. Not as crowded as other HD's nearby, makes purchasing easier.

I would like to send accolades for the GM, "Deb" for being the only employee that noticed me walking around and searching for something, acknowledging me, and asking if she could assist me. I had been walking around the store for a quite some time, looking for an item of which I was unsure which department it would be located in. Finally, I happened to walk past Deb (who was "in the trenches" helping her associate open a large box containing an appliance) and she offered to assist me. She then escorted me to the area where the items were that I had expressed interest in, and she assisted me thoroughly, even checking online for additional information on the item(s). From my experience, I'll say that she's a GREAT GM and should be recognized for her exemplary conduct as a HD employee. Also, Danny, in the paining department was very friendly and helpful to me when I needed a can of custom paint made up from an old can that is now 15 years old. He got the color of the new can of paint spot - on !
