Associate assisted with scanning my products at self checkout as well as scanning my VA discount from my Home Depot app

Manoj, the associate, was very professional and friendly. He helped us scan our purchases during told us about a promotion that saved us $50. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable.

After the plumber installed the faucet leaked. He had to go get another faucet which cost $100 more. It also added 2hr of plumber labor time$$. I brought this to the attention of a store manager. He took a picture of my plumber bill. He said the stores insurance company will contact me in 7-10 business days. When/if they contact me I will tell them I expect to be compensated for the additional $ for a new faucet and additional plumber labor$$. I hope they do the right thing for a very steady customer.

Looking for wire today, Not in aisle or bay listed online. Young guy asked if I needed help and spent 10 minutes tracking down people who might know. Found the wire in a different aisle and was able to finish putting up my fence today.

Wow. If it wasn't for Tanika it would be no stars. That woman had a crowd of us picking up prepaid orders that we were told were ready and weren't. That woman was covering returns. The useless coworker did nothing with in 30 minutes we were all happy and on our way. She took over and organized everything and resolved 7 different issues with such Professionlism. She should be running that store.

Today I visited Home Depot Fishkill , The service from store greeting to the final payment location is always positive and helpful. Cashier was very friendly.
