They have it all

Empoyee Gary Jasper in outdoor section went above and beyond searching for a gas grill that, online, was supposed to be in the store. After an exhaustive search the grill could not be found. Consequently, Gary arranged for me to buy a slightly more expensive comparable grill at a discount for my inconvenience. This employee made an otherwise frustrating and discouraging visit into something that was positive. We need more sales staff like Gary!!!

I love this Home Depot! It's like the local hardware store of long ago. You go there and are always greeted with a friendly smile and someone willing to help you find what you need. I am happy that it is there for all of my needs.

Home Depot is the only home improvement store I ever visit. New to the location in Fishkill, I wasn't quite sure where everything was. I asked for help from one of the store associates, Bob. Bob was extremely friendly and probably one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Not only did Bob make this a wonderful experience, but he made my day! Thank you so much Bob!

One of the best Home Depot store I have ever been in. The staff is top notch and I think that is what make difference between this Home Depot and the others. Their pro-desk is really a PRO Desk!!!

While doing a renovation I've had to make multiple trips to Home Depot , and used their order online and pick up in the store extensively . Emily, Danielle , and Gerald have been outstanding. They're beyond helpful , friendly , and extremely knowledgeable !!! The customer service staff can troubleshoot any problem , they're quick to get the orders , and go the extra mile . I think they are phenomenal !!!! In addition , I ordered new doors and Annie in the doors department is outstanding!!! I will be forever grateful for her kindness and patience as I figured things out with my doors!!!! Thanks team !

Employees of the Fishkill Home Depot are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable BUT most importantly they are VERY NICE & FRIENDLY. From the Pro Desk to Special Orders to Returns to Kitchens to Appliances to Paint to Lumber to Registers and all the Departments I have never had a bad experience with all the people that work there. I am redoing a house and they have all been very helpful and friendly to me whenever I shop there.

The store is always stocked well and neat.

I bought a washer/dryer. Matt was great, very professional and friendly. The transaction was quick and smooth as well. Make sure you talk to Matt if you need to buy appliances.

From the Manager on down all the employees at the Fishkill Home Depot are exceptional. They are there to help and I find they always go out of the way for even the smallest item one might be looking for. It is a pleasure to shop there.

Look for Nicole or Danielle at the front desk, Andrew at the Pro Desk or Jae in paint or hardware; who by the way, is an amazing artist & colorist.

I've always found this store to be well stocked and clean, and the staff are terrific. Recently I stopped by just before closing to buy a replacement battery for my car's key fob. Jerry, a fellow at the customer service desk, gave me good directions to the store's battery display; established a friendly professional rapport; quickly rang up my purchase; kindly opened the fob for me, demonstrating so that I could do it myself in the future; and even opened the pesky battery packaging for me so that I could replace the battery on the spot. That last bit gave me peace of mind; without a working key fob, I can't start my car. This is just one example of the excellent customer service the staff at this store provide. Every time I've shopped at this Home Depot, the staff have been highly visible, cheerful, and helpful.
