I had placed an order online at a different Home Depot location, the order was rather large. The closest Home Depot to where I live is 2.5 in any given direction. I called the Rt 66 location and the customer service representative ( Samantha ) went so far above and beyond what one would expect from customer service. She was extremely helpful, polite and made me feel like my problem was her problem and wanted it resolved. I just can’t say enough! The Rt 66 store will be my go to from here forward!

Just wanted to express my appreciation to all the staff I've interacted with at the 0482 Flagstaff Home Depot store. I am a frequent customer, and all the staff I've ever encountered there have always been very friendly and did their best to assist me with my product questions and concerns. I especially appreciate the staff who obviously have extensive building experience, who can offer me the benefit of their helpful knowledge and skills to better complete my endless projects! Keep up the great work!

The staff in general are not very helpful. The assistant store manager is condescending. I try to avoid this location at all cost. Such a pity to have this home depot location hurt the good brand home depot is known for.

The chandelier I came in to purchase was only on line, Patrick placed the order in the store to be delivered to our home. He also assisted us in purchasing a ceiling fan. Outstanding customer service.

Been coming here since they opened 25+ years ago. We are in the contacting trade and first time I’ve taken the time to write a review. Some employees are helpful, kind and go out of their way. Kudos for hiring young Katrina. Top notch.

no help to check out but the people at the contractors desk sure have a lot of time to chit chat and watch the long lines of frustrated customers.

In store purchases are fine, just don't expect any delivery to go right... or anyone to care that it doesn't.

I could not find an item that I needed and an employee took me to the isle and shelf to find what I needed. The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful.

When I was looking for a part, Will was able to help me the find the right thing so that I didn't have to return.

I came into the shop unsure exactly what I needed but Gabby and Thomas helped me find exactly what I needed, helped me through paying for it and then loaded it on the truck with smiles

Was trying to decide on landscaping products . Two employees approached me and made great recommendations, helped me load

I was helped by a young man named Colt. I needed roofing materials and he made sure I was helped with what I needed. He went beyond the call of duty.

The salespeople on the floor did not acknowledge me even when they were standing next to me. They also would not help me get 3 more cinder blocks from another location since i took the last 3 from the bin in the store and website said there was 400+ in stock. Asked to speak to a manager and waited 5 minutes for one to show up. No one ever showed. Finally left the store as a dissatisfied customer. Only good experience was check out. Cashier was no waiting, she called for the manager right away and was pleasant during my checkout process.

Dana, an employee in the garden department should be noticed for her exceptional knowledge and customer service.

we have a big project we are working on at work, and they have been so helpful in helping us find our items, recommending and loading up for us. Josh Ross was especially helpful today with the doors, we needed specific swing and he explained to us the difference and what we needed and loaded them on a cart for us. Especially the arcadia door was the best part and recommendation. Thank you

Best place to shop for items you want, it will be there and good customer service.

The young men in the appliance department refuse to wait on customers; especially if they are elderly females. The young woman in that department was the only one trying to wait on customers.

A lot of employees standing around chatting with each other, feel like interrupting when forced to ask for help. Flagstaff has a higher minimum wage, yet it feels like a lower work ethic. Check by phone on stock as website is not accurate or reliable Subsequent visit, the employee in lumber was very helpful the entire time.

Associates wondering around, the younger ones many times 2x2 avoiding customers. 2 excellent young employees on my last 2 trips as the store is very close to my house service desk is ridiculous..... “I’m sorry to interrupt your convo”.... need to clear up the isles sent quite a bit of time searching only to find the item blocked by LARGE ladders

Store always well stocked and employees helpful.

This location, just like all the others, is great and so are all the employees! Thank you for a consistent great experience everytime!

We found a cool looking work bench at the east side Home Depot. It looks very 'steampunk' and we are going to use it as a standing desk!

This west side Home Depot store can be very busy at times, yet I have always been able to get good service. Plenty of helpful employees to assist me in my search and make the right selection for my project's needs. They even answer the phone! And will direct my call to the correct department. I have gotten better service at this store than any store down in the Valley (Scottsdale and Phoenix)!

Mark, Will and the Pro Loader provide great customer service every time.

Dana the cashier was amazing. She was friendly, kind, and helpful. We will definitely be looking for her at the checkout in the future.
