They were flirting and playing in others hair female had an attitude and if dude with the dreads start talking to her customers had to wait till they stop talking about what type of moisturizer they put in there hair

I bought a set of bubs that was the wrong wattage and I noticed that they had the right wattage at the same price so I expect the exchange should be easy but they had to refund my money I had to pick up the product and then I had to repurchase it again and They act like they couldn't do it at the return counter. But they did. It could have been easier.

Purchased a washing machine today. The purchase was made pleasurable by the outstanding profession attention provided by the sales staff person. The attention I received as a customer was outstanding. She was engaging, professional, helpful and very, very positive in her ability to represent Home Depot. I cannot say enough about the sales staff person who I have the total pleasure of engaging with during this visit.

Employees were friendly and helpful throughout this experience. Suggestions were made, my flooring choice was in stock, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. I actually enjoyed this purchase experience compared to past visits to home improvement stores.

Semog in the Lumber department and Adrianna assisting with self-checkout were both outstanding associates, very helpful!!!

The service inside the store is OK, but phone calls do NOT get answered.

I can't say that every visit that I've had at this store has been the best but my most recent was hands down thee best experience I've ever had. Kim was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She educated our family on lawn care and bought children cookies. I wish ALL the employees could be like her!

Home Depot Florissant, Mo have a very helpful staff. I do not have to look to far fir an item. There seems to be a friendly willingness to help

A department head (manager) named Dave always goes above and beyond to help me when I come to his store. His customer service skills are impeccable and he is very personable and friendly. I recommend the store to all of my family and friends. Thank you day for always making my shopping experience pleasant.

Laquita Sanders is really helpful and knowable about the appliances she sells she is only I recommended and I been shopping there since the store open

I would definitely recommend this store! The associate DJ, provided excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to ensure I understood all of my options and had everything I needed. The store was clean and had plenty of options to choose from.

I have repeatedly requested that you clean up the front of your store, as well as the parking lots. Both need your attention. The Florissant community deserves better.

This store needs additional help. It seemed like I had to go through too much drama to simply come in and make a purchase. I knew what I wanted, however, to get someone who actually wanted to 'be bothered' with me was a struggle. Finally, with much drama ... the general manager arrived, and I completed my purchase within about 10 minutes. Although I gave a fair or two-star rating, from what I've noticed with other stores, similar situations seem to be a the norm. sigh ... It's very tiresome and disappointing ... at best.

The flooring department lied to me about various issue. When I heard the third lie I decided to cancel my order. It took two hours to process a refund and they still could not get it correct. When I called the manager at 9:15 in the morning , he told me he would look into my issue and get back to me. At 1:20 I call back to try to get my issue resolved. I would not recommend this location. During my two hour wait, I observed three cashier letting the phone go un answered when they were doing nothing.

Dave and Makayla provided us one of the best customer service experiences we have had. Those two went above and beyond and treated us with the utmost dignity and respect. Thank you Dave! Thank you Makayla!

I Love my hometown HD just wish they offered the whole rigid line in store.

I would highly recommend shopping there. But, not until it is cleaned up! It has always been a great store. Not happy!

The gift cards I needed were right in front of the checkouts. Very convenient.

Worse store in the area. You will be better served going to handy man hardware. Might cost a little more but at least they will take care of you instead of standing around getting paid to talk with one another. ( "The employees").
