Worse store in the area. You will be better served going to handy man hardware. Might cost a little more but at least they will take care of you instead of standing around getting paid to talk with one another. ( "The employees").

Love shopping at Home Depot, they have everything I need for projects around the house and yard.

I can tell you guys are striving hard to improve customer service!!! IT IS NOTICEABLE!! For over 20 years I would avoid coming to this store along with one on old Hallsferry! But, the employees that assisted me today, especially PAUL and a few others(I hate I didn’t get their names) plus the conversation with I had with Denzel makes me look forward to shopping here in the future instead of going way out of my to shop at another store. Keep up the good work!!

The staff were really helpful when I didn't know what kind of drill bit I needed. Plus the cashier was really nice to talk to.

Aside from the cashier on duty, there is no available staff at the garden section.

If you’re a totally and completely DIY person and do not need ANY assistance, then I would definitely recommend this store. Otherwise asking and waiting for some assistance you’re completely all by yourself. I’ve been in this store well over ten times and have yet ONE person ask me if I needed help. Also asking for help is like no help at all. Employees have walked pass me and looks at me while I’m searching for something and never say anything. Not even speak. It’s only the self checkout employees that are willing to assist at the registers.

Carol and Shay are great always getting my online orders together! The employees are always friendly and helpful. YOu need to restock your lumber though.

The team members are not sure whats going on in the store and poor customer service and unhappy team members. Also lack of stock and team and managers do not care. Will not return to this location.

Might be good idea to call ahead to see if they have what your looking for. Website said there was 10 items in stock for what I was looking for. At store, Zero (0) products available. Also saw several customers without masks or improperly wearing a mask. If we must all wear one, I know they are uncomfortable, but its only for our health and safety. Please be responsible!

I came and what I came to get I found. The staff are friendly with discussions of their various specialties assisting in various projects on which I was somewhat lost.

STANDING IN LINE WAITING TO GO IN THE STORE IS OKAY IF IT GOES FAST. THE SUPPLIES I NEED WAS NOT THERE ON THE SHELF. 2X4 ACRYLIC PRISMATIC-CLEAR WERE ALL BROKEN ON THE SHELF. THE BOXES WERE EMPTY NO MORE. HAD TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER STORE OUT OF MY AREA. I LIKE TO SHOP IN MY COMMUNITY

I've always been pleased with the service received at this location. It has been my experience that the employees are very helpful. And, I am often pleased to find some household products with better prices (for the amount packaged) compared to local big box stores.
