The sales person in disposals listened to my problem and helped me select a disposal that met my kneed. He also reminded me to turn the locking ring to left and knock out the plug in the dishwasher outlet line. He saved me lots of time and frustration!

I have shopped at Home Depot stores all over the country and they are all very good, but the store in Flower Mound, TX is absolutely awesome. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about home improvement projects. I have moved 50 miles away and still go to this Home Depot store even though I pass three of them to get there! I just schedule my purchases. I have used online services, which had very helpful people, but I still like to look and touch the products before I buy them.

It was really nice that there was an employee around to help me find what I was looking for.

I love the fact that most of the employees are mature. This leads to the fact that they know their products. Electricians know they department and so on. That gives me confidence that the merchandise and the information I'm getting is legit - and not what the person learned at an employee meeting yesterday. I'm not in there a whole lot but when I am several of the employees recognize, and acknowledge me. Great store.

Kristyn Wykoff was your associate who took care of us. She was wonderful. Overall, she spent probably two hours consulting with us. We wanted a door for a new house with a dog door, and there were issues with securing the door we wanted (it showed available on the computer, but was not). She worked diligently and found a door that works great for us, and helped us customize was we want. She explained everything in detail, and took great care of us. She is a great asset for Home Depot.

Great place to shop

The staff here is amazing and knowledgeable, but cannot provide the products due to lack of space. This store is poorly located next to dozens of apartments. Flowermound will not allow them to expand, so please build a new store west of Chinn Chapel and Justin Rd. 100's of houses being built and 1000's there.

Best store with wonderful, helpful employees!

This store is highly accommodating to your needs. I had a problem removing a coupling from a sprinkler head so I brought the sprinkler head in and an employee took it to the back and removed it for me. After losing my husband I am learning to maintain my house on my own and at 62 it's not easy. But I'm not so frightened or intimidated remaining in my beautiful little home in the absence of my husband because I know I can run to Home Depot for all my needs and if they can't accommodate me I'm sure they'll find someone who can. My husband was an avid customer of Home Depot and he always said when he retired he was going to land a job with Home Depot. Home Depot has become my home for all my needs and I have referred many a client from real estate to use Home Depot especially for those first time home buyers. Thank you Home Depot for picking up where my husband left off.

This store is smaller. Easy to get around and well stocked. Sometimes takes a while to get some help, but over all very friendly sales clerks.

The Flower Mound Home Depot is far better than any home improvement store in the area, based on knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness. Rick Fitzgerald is an amazing guy who will go beyond to get you what you need, and the rest of the team from the management (Anthony) to so many staff members (too many to name, and dont want to leave anyone out) are the best- like good friends

Nancy in the custom design area is a pleasure to work with. She takes customer service to heart and you can tell she loves her job and her customers. (Paint department is always slow, it seems, because they give such individual attention to everyone. It would be nice if they had back-up coverage for when people are waiting.)

Customer Service at this store is impeccable! I always get thorough help and an education when I need assistance or have questions. The associates make me feel valued and important.

Terrible customer service!!! Bought a toilet from them was assured after some discussion that their plumbers would be out today for the install. Waited around the the house all day for a call or plumbers that never came. Finally called the store and they wouldn't let me speak to the plumbers but put me on hold while they spoke with them. They said they took my number down wrong and offered to come out in two weeks for the install. When i told them that was unacceptable Home depot's response was "well we sure are sorry about that" Never offered to let me speak to a manager. Never offered to make it right. Took the toilet back and at least the had someone unload it for me. Will never go back to the store.

This is without the best Home Depot I have ever gone too. The main resin is the impact of the CS team of Rick Fitzgerald, Paige & Daniel they are great, this was my 1st time here as it is not in my area, i was at my CPA's office and need a couple of things then got lucky and interacted with Rick and team, they are outstanding!! thanks

The shelves are always well stacked with items. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The prices of the merchandise is always fairly priced.

This store is a prime example of what top service is all about.

Seems like I am always needing help when I go to Home Depot. Rick and Floyd are two very special employees who have answered all my questions and helped me with all my challenging home repairs and improvements. For that I am truly great full

You'll need to bring your own person to load your car at the Lawn and Garden center. Helping customers with bags of dirt and mulch is not a high priority at the Flower Mound store.

I go to this store WAY too much. Never had a bad experience. I've come to find out I really, really love Ridgid tools and the same guy always helps me buy a new one some how. Today I bought a Pneumatic Brad Nailer and it made my life so much easier installing some Farmhouse Trim. Love this HD!

Always great service. Moved here from Illinois last May, I shoooed Home Depot there, and now here in Texas. I don't think I've ever been disappointed.
