Everyone I have run into here is really helpful. The staff always ask if I need anything and make suggestions if they see me searching.

Employee knew exactly where to find the product I needed.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened and I have "NEVER" had anything but "WONDERFUL" experiences.

This store is top notch! Every time I come here, an employee will go above and beyond what I expect. They are always great about leading me straight to what I am looking for and giving me the attention I need.

We were on a time crunch and Liz in the paint department went above and beyond to assist us and get us on our way. She was wonderful!

EVERYONE IN THE STORE IS SO FRIENDLY. WE JUST MOVED INTO THE FLOWER MOUND AREA AND WE HAVE BEEN HERE A LOT. THE EMPLOYEES HERE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS STORE IS GREAT YOU CAN TELL THESE PEOPLE HAVE A BLAST AND LOVE THEIR JOB.

I find hardware stores frustrating as a female shopper. I often have questions, yet employees are hard to find or not well educated on what I'm looking for. HOWEVER, this flower mound Home Depot has employees readily available everywhere I look, all with a friendly smile and positive attitude. I had friendly help in cleaner section (where I was also given a great coupon book for cleaners!), flooring guy was super peppy and helpful and Linda in paint was awesome! Thanks for the great experience! I'll be back!

Love this location, lots of knowledgeable employees, very clean and well organized.

Always greeted with a smile and an offering to assist in locating my purchase items. When paying, there is always tips on ways to save money and a hearty "Come back soon"!

Greeter was helpful in directing us to the proper aisle. Product was relatively easy to find.

The experience was good. Staff was helpful and found what I needed.

So impressed with the employee who assisted me. Definitely went out of his way to help me find the exact color and style of item I wanted. Friendly and also had good suggestions. When I finished in that department, he made sure he asked if there was anything thing else I needed, and walked me to the area to make sure I found it. He must know where EVERYTHING in the store is located. Other employees even walked up to him to ask, and he seemed to have immediate recall of exactly what aisle to direct them to. I used to always go to (the "L" word), but after my two experiences in this store, I think I'm going to make Home Depot in Flower Mound my FIRST stop.

This HD in Flower Mound, TX is the only Home Improvement store I go to for all my Home Improvement needs! This store has the VERY BEST Staff! All of the employees are always very friendly & very helpful, especially RACHEL!
