I bought an unsuitable refrigerator by less info by the salesman in Home Depot on 02/25/25, but very difficult to return or replace it, due Home Depot not willing to pick up, and as over 70 yrs old I don't know how to find a vehicle to return it safely.

Associate Audrey in the appliance department has been very knowledgeable to help us with our purchases. We have been happy with our appliances that meet our needs.

Atmosphere is nice love shopping here

It's funny how home depot has so far away from Homer's original vision. The self checkouts should be taken away. And cashiers put back to work. Stop feeding into something that is going to be the end of humanity as we know and love our freedom. Not only America around the world is feeding AI for the take over. Home Depot please be a patriot not someone feeding the issues coming.

I have always gone to the Flushing HD, They have what I need and the associates are friendly and helpful. The store in College Point is bad, they don't have people there to help you when you need it. They don't stock enough on the shelves. They need to shut that store down.

I would like to share a disappointing experience during my recent visit to one of your stores, which left me feeling disrespected and frustrated as a long-time customer. I was attempting to purchase the Husky 3-piece tool bag combo — a promotion that clearly advertised three different sizes (12", 15", and 18") at a bundled price. However, when I brought it to checkout, the staff questioned why there were three bags and seemed skeptical about the price. I even showed them the promotion directly from the in-store kiosk, but my explanation was dismissed without much consideration. To make matters worse, I was also denied the use of my tax-exempt status, which I’ve used consistently across various Home Depot locations throughout New York State and City. I was told this was the store manager’s policy — a confusing and frustrating deviation from what I’ve experienced statewide. This inconsistency made me feel unfairly treated. By the time I was asked to pay by credit card, I seriously hesitated to complete the transaction. I didn’t feel confident or comfortable proceeding with the purchase, especially since this was a Father’s Day gift I was buying for myself — something I had hoped would be a rewarding and simple experience. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. I value Home Depot as a resource for my projects, but this experience has made me question where I choose to shop moving forward.

Great store, convenient to everyone

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for more than 30 years. Unfortunately the customer service is deteriorating. There’s fewer and fewer people to help.

I wanted to thank Sandra Diaz a specialist in flooring and window treatments for her help. She is very knowledgeable in her line of expertise and honest. And James in Mill work helped me a few times while I was there in the window treatment department. He is excellent and diversified. Ask for James in Mill work.

Associate couldn't find item that is listed on the website, he checked the sku numbeer again and finally found it. Very time consuming for customers. He wasn't very friendly about doing this either. Not great customer dervice.

I am happy with your staffs. Not so much nonsense but willing to help.

I purchased a fridge for my new apartment and the staff and management was super helpful in picking out the right size for my small kitchen. I would certainly shop here again!

All staff are helpful there. The staff at the Rental Department are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Brought Front Door Locks

I bought a 7x8 foot shed online for pick up at the store, Kathleen (customer service for online pickup) went out of her way to locate a flat cart out in the cold, load the shed, and assisted me in loading the shed (piece meal as the box was too big to fit into the minivan) into my van. I was very surprised by Kathleen's dedication to customer service and her pleasant personality. My impression of HD over the last 20+ years of shopping there, is that HD has always been a DIY place where you are on your own with very limited service. Kathleen should be a role model for HD associates. Her dedication will be a distinct differentiator if HD wants to successfully compete against online merchants.

I normally don’t ask too much help.but sometime you need help.at this location staff is amazing.this particular visit there made really happy,that the staff didn’t have up on me to look the item I needed.it surprising and amazing.that just made my day

People there are always knowledgeable and helpful

I try to avoid Home Depot at all cost but sometimes no choice bc local businesses might be closed due to later hours of operation.

So happy I bought the sliders for under my wooden chairs. This home Depot usually has what I need.

This flushing store is really easy to navigate. The staff seem to know how to organize the store floor plan well. The customer pick up online process is a little clunky. But overall is the store is well kept, staff is friendly. Will return only if I have to.

I tried to ask a staff for help and the staff ignored me and kept walking I then said excuse me again. The staff said to me we can walk and talk. Disrespectful!!! He works there and he cannot stop to ask me what I need help with

I would recommend everyone I know to go to Gary if they need to purchase appliances because he's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very genuine and nice guy! My wife and I love Gary!

The store manager, Dorett, at the Flushing location, was wonderful. She made my shopping experience with Home Depot a pleasure. She was kind, considerate, and very helpful to my situation. Even though they didn't have what I was sent there for, it turned out better for me.

I visited the The Flushing Home Depot Store on June 6, 2024.I was very pleased to come into contact with a cashier name Susan.Susan made my experience delightful.I wasn't in a good mood before coming to shop.She made me sile with her jokes. Very pleasant and happy friendly person.The Flushing Home Depot should be proud to have an employee like her.

I am usually happy with the products I purchase at Home Depo.

0n 5/13/24, It was a pleasure coming in contact withe your cashier Susan. Susan greet me as I enter saying good morning with a smile and ring me out with jokes. She is so pleasant. She actually uplifted my mood. I will come look for her on my next visit.

There was a sale for an item that wasn't displayed online nor it was in Home Depot's system, both the cashier and the manager Suresh happily honored the sale. Great experience, honest people
