I received the most amazing service by one of the associates from the appliance department. Her name was Sophie. She was so professional, patient, knowledgable and even had a sense of humor. She made my shopping experience memorable. I would advise everyone to visit her if you are shopping for appliances. The store was clean. There was not a long waiting period. I mean... What else can you ask for. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the experience.

I found the products that I match my budget as gifts, but during the search, no associate came by and ask if I need a help, therefore I spend much more time.

I walked into the home depot for flooring the other store that I went to did not have the product in stock and I was told to go to this location. I was in the process of asking an associate for help, I said hello and he kept on walking and pretended he did not hear me even though he looked straight at me. I went to the paint desk and asked the associate from paint if he could get someone from flooring to assist me, he pointed out the same guy who passed me and told me he could help me because he was the supervisor of flooring. I walked up to the same guy, and he seemed to be annoyed and upset the whole time he assisted me. I asked the paint associate for his name which is PAULEY a (SUPERVISOR ) . All I have to say is rude.

Flushing Home Depot had everything I needed for my project. This store is always stocked with merchandise and that's one of the reasons why I'm keep coming here.

Shopping at this particular Home Depot was a very positive experience for me. First I went on their website and found what I was looking for. I then went to the Flushing, NY Home Depot. I found a sales associate within a few minutes. I asked her where I could find a "bathroom caddy". She immediately said to me "isle seven turn right first cubby to your left". I was impressed with her knowledge of the store.
