Number of helpers in store are a bit more than others

This store is very shoppable and have everything that I needed

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees assisted me in getting the materials I needed to accomplish my home improvement project. I asked what screws were needed to drill into concrete and steel walls. The Associate gave me accurate information on the type of screws to use. Employees also helped me save time by telling me the appropriate aisles the products I was looking for were in. Sales person assisted me in getting my military discount. Thank you for the amazing job your company and employees do for so many communities. I lived in many boroughs and I consistently find that the home depot culture is top of the line. Valuable indeed. Very good organized for system

This has been the go-to store for me and my family for years for our home needs. This year, I have noticed better customer services all throughout the store. Is it because of more cool/calmer staff, female staff, or smiling staff or younger staff? Maybe. But I have gotten older too, so................... Thank you for asking.

Home Depot Flushing store is the best place I can find for my home remodeling. Manager Victor made my shopping experience easy and I will definitely go back to the store.

Employees are always eager to help, with a smile , and direct you to the right department and person. Store is always neat and clean . Very high traffic store. It’s the biggest mom & pop hardware I know. It’s always a personal experience.

Managers have to make sure floor employees are available to help out customers and make sure that the floor employees are doing their jobs. It also wouldn't hurt if they increased group morale.

Horrible treatment if you are a female. Guillermo from customer service is lazy and rude he'd rather talk to his coworkers than to help the customers. A useless employee a waste of salary if you ask me.

This store used to be great until they converted everything to self checkouts. None of the machines work. I hope they get their blank together and Hire some Cashiers cause I do like the company.

I am used to shopping at this store so products are relatively easy to find for me. The employees are helpful and don't pressure you out of the store during closing time. Great customer service!

John in the paint department is always courteous and willing to help and he knows what he's talking about when it comes to paint. And I like to give a long over due shout out to Michael from customer service. He always seems to be calm and cool under preasure. And my boy Anthany on the floor, thanks fellas for all that you do.. Good looks!
