We bought this for our deck and it works very nice!

Lauren as well as Suzanne really helped me figure out the schematics for my floor. Lauren even realized I was not breathing well and offered me water. SHE IS a keeper.

The woman of Forest Park Home Depot - Lauren, Dawn, Kara and Lady K - Listen and hear and problem solve so effectively. Such a blessing.

a jerk for a sales perso, He did not offer assistance He acted as if he owned the store and treated me as such I asked to see the store manager and that did not happen. He called the manager(&) and advised to give me servider. Ebven at that I had to listen again to his lip. DO NOT LET ALLIE wait on you!

Once again the self checkouts suck fail me. I’m tired of having to use these things.

Alain was very knowledgeable in custom cabinetry. He was able to find and order exactly what I needed. I always shop at this Home Depot when I know I will have questions. Other retailers run when you look like you have a question. Not so at Home Depot.

I needed to replace several of my deck boards. I live in a condo so they needed to match exactly. Kim made the process very easy. She also set me up with several contractors to help with the project.

The employees are awesome!!! They went above and beyond to help me!!!

Started the purchase of new patio doors in June 2025. When unit was delivered in July the screen was the wrong size. It is September 11, and I am still waiting for the correct screen! Have called the store numerous times, and am always told that someone is waiting on someone or something. Have not received a call back or update. If item wasn't already partially installed I would cancel and ask for a refund.

It’s my go to store for home maintenance!

I have bought all my appliances at Forest Park Home Depot, the prices have all been competitive, customer service is good, they try to keep in mind customer savings, which is very important. Nice store, will continue shopping there in the future.

The app needs to have up front location of items.

I can pretty much always find what I need at Home Depot, so long as I shop online in advance. I find it very helpful to look at options ahead of time and know exactly where they are located in the store, as well as the quantity available. The only reason I can’t give five stars, is that there are generally no employees around to answer questions… I don’t mind having to go to Customer Service to get help, but it would be nice to have people actually walking around the store to check that customers are getting what they need.

Always ask if I need help loading.

I seem to remember longer operating hours pre-Covid. Covid has come and gone, and the hours remain short, or am I mistaken?

Several visits recently and it's the same thing EVERY time...lack of employees to help and answer questions and lack of care toward the situation or the paying customers. When we expressed our frustration at checkout, the employee we talked to literally shrugged his shoulders and said "no one wants to work anymore" as if that was an excuse. Pretty sad.

The quality of their goods have always been EXCELLENT!!!

Another great experience at Home Depot in Forest Park Ohio. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Michelle Duclos who is the Manager of the Lumber Department. I needed a 4' X 8' sheet of MDF cut to various dimensions. Michelle went about it in a very professional manner. She was polite and knowledgeable. Michelle did an outstanding job (better than most men). She is a real asset to this store and Home Depot in general. My sincere THANKS to Michelle for a job well done! Rick Blasing

I b purchased a NEW Highly rated Consumer Reports Honda mower as standby for my 13 year old unit that is still going working strong. Honda stopped making "Gas" mowers last October. I do not have an interest in electric units so I purchased a newer replacement model to have on hand when the old one quits working.

I have worked with the Pro Desk Lately on some large projects and they get the job done or more importantly, if something goes wrong, which happens anywhere, they fix it and that says more about a business than when everything goes well.

Employee that "helped" us in the flooring department needs to find a job he likes better. He sure didn't seem very eager to be there.

I only needed one thing. An associate directed me to it and the service at checkout was friendly and efficient.

I was very pleased with the sales person knowledge about the product.

Michelle in lumber made quick work of my issue and came up with 3 or 4 solutions to the issue and then tailored a solution that is cost effective!

Cayla was very helpful in the tool area. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice to hear the words “can I help you find something” in a big box store.

Doug in appliances is top notch!!!!
