Today visit I knew what I needed and walked right over to it, I have been to the store alot so I knew where to go for my wood . So today was a short and sweet trip

Store was extremely clean, well organized, and the checkout staff made certain I did not leave with any unanswered questions.

I love this store! Not only are associates helpful, but so are the customers. You can tell the feeling a retail store when consumers are at ease, confident and willing to share tips with others.

First place I shop when I needed things for the garden.

A friendly store with lots of products at affordable prices to choose from. The store was very clean with iles clear and a wide variety items to dive into, so come on in!

I was looking for a particular product and the associate noticed and offered to help me Right away. Upon deciding on the item to purchase he even went to get a load cart and helped me put it on. That's what I call great service. Thanks....

I was out in the garden center and there was a nice variety of Flowers to chose from and the store associates were very Helpful and the cashier was very friendly and helped us get Checked out in a timely manner.

Once we gave the store associate the item name and store sku number, she quickly showed us the item, which was exactly what we had viewed on the website. It was a perfect match and the quantity that we needed was in stock and available for purchase right away. The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staffs were kind and provided useful information for my needs.

The Forest Park, Ohio Home Depot is a place where I can be comfortable with the associates helping me. I know when I walk in there (usually about a dozen times a year or more) an associate will help me if I need help. Recently, Jill helped me tremendously in finding a fire pit set that was out of stock online. I appreciate that she took the extra effort to find this item in her store, and that she followed through with the purchase and our delivery request. Thank you!

When I entered the store, an Associate approached me and asked me what I needed and took me directly to it. Due to my handicap, he loaded up the cart, pushed it up to the register, handled the purchase and then took the merchandise to my car and loaded it in the trunk. I had not requested this assistance--he just smiled and asked if he could do each of these things for me. I really appreciated his courtesy, friendliness and the great job he did. People like this make Home Depot a wonderful place to shop!!

Was able to find all items I needed. One item was not at store that was advertised by Home Depot but the Sales Associate found a comparable item for me. He found this item as well as another I needed and then he proceeded to the Register and checked me out immediately. That is what I call perfect service!!

The people there recognize me and seem to truly want to help when I go in. Often times they spend more time than I expect them to, in order to get answers for me. This store's lay out is my favorite and I love the friendly sales associates.

The Sales Associates are very helpful! They went out of their way to find us the best deal for our project.

I call myself a DIY person. I enjoy shopping in Home Depot. I have taken on several projects around my home. I am on my summer break, this is my favorite time of the year to do projects. The Forest Park store is one of my favorites. The customer service, and friendliness of the employees of this store is in my opinion a 10. The store is so welcoming, from the outside with the flowers and plants, to the greeters at the doors. Your store not only represent diversity, you also hire veterans. Me being a veteran I really love that. Each employee I have talk to is very knowledgeable of the product. I never usually write a review. But I believe that all the employees in this store need to be recognized.

Home depot offers a great shopping experience with very helpful sales associates. I know I'll always have a pleasant visit, even when the job or task may be challenging.

The associates were very helpful and provided more detailed information about products & how to applications than the competition. Had been at two other competitive stores earlier and could not find representatives who were interested in assisting with my project (i.e., stripping wall paper).

The store associates were extremely helpful and made sure that we were finding the products that we needed. The folks in the garden section answered my questions completely. Overall it was a great shopping experience, and the service received will make us return to shop again.

great shopping at this store it is stocked well,very easy to find items

I liked being able to access the website and plan out my granite countertop project - it helped understand the cost of the project fairly accurately.- Additional bonus was securing a time with Alain Hebert- Excellent associate!!! The entire order process was smooth-Alain was very knowledgable about the products and was open about the process and not at all pushy- Excellent experience!! We are just excited for the next steps to completed project- new kitchen sink and countertops If the installation goes as well as the order process- I will be highly satisfied!

Mainly went in to get Ant Dust. They didn't know what I was talking about. Went also to get some plumbing products, found many of the bags had already been opened and left on the shelf.
