Very helpful

My wife and I have always found what we needed. Store employees are always friendly and helpful. During our last shopping visit Allaura helped direct us to the aisle we needed to go to in order to obtain what we were looking to purchase. She was also our cashier and was pleasant and friendly.

The store is clean, the people are knowledgeable and helpful so visit there if you need to buy something for a do it yourself project. DO NOT go there if you're trying to get a job done - in my case - trying to get flooring installed in a large house. Appointment was made to do measurement but contractor was a no show. When I called Home Depot, I was told the contractor "may" show up Tuesday. No show again. Tried calling the store again and waiting on hold forever before giving up in frustration.

This is an excellent store.

Took someone forever to finally help at the paint counter then I get my paint go to check out and the lid was not put on the paint can securely and the paint spilled all over my shoes and jeans. All the associate could say was hope it comes out of your jeans. No I’m sorry or anything.

Great store. I'm glad HD is in Ft Smith. You could improve the lighting in the tool area where the drills, Rotozip accessories are displayed. You need some puck lights above those displays.

Somehow I always time my visits when the atmosphere in this store is just right. Everyone is friendly from the employees, and yes, even the other customers. Right now, the holiday decorations are out. That always helps with making moods good. The selection for the things I require and even the things I "want" are good. If I had to choose one thing to complain about, it's that they have yet, after two years, to have a fan that I feel would look good in my living room where a ceiling hugger is required. Maybe someday. Always enjoy the person that mans the self checkout area. Pretty sure the store puts the most friendly of their employees here. Always a smile, a thank you, and a have a great day/ evening.

I have shopped at many Depot's and this in one of my favorites. I try to not go there during busy times (like 4 till 6 on week days) and always get great service.

I love this store! Store associates are truly there to help you with your project needs. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to assist when needed. Being the "timid" guy that I am, I finally learned from this store that there is nothing wrong in asking for help-that is what they are there for!

The Fort Smith, AR store is conveniently located with easy access and exit. Shopping is the same with items arranged and fully stocked. There are sufficient store clerks moving about the store to offer assistance without delay. When and if it necessary to return any item I have always been met with courteous and friendly help. My Military discount is always provided without question and with an honest expression of thanks for my service. Thank you Home Depot

I had been looking for a certain color of mini-blinds to match what I already had on other windows. I finally found them at this store. One of the two I bought had to be custom cut. Service person was professional and knowledgible.

Love my local Home Depot. All the employees are very nice, always helpful, go above and beyond for the customer.

This was the best experience I have ever had at the Fort Smith AR Home Depot! Staff greeted me at the door and throughout the store as I passed through many departments, asking if I needed any help. Even mgmt team members spoke to me and offered assistance! The cabinet designer I worked with Ann was just wonderful and helped to make my new countertop purchase easy. Wow if you folks keep this kind of interaction up with your customers, you will run the other guys out of town! LOL! THANK YOU FORT SMITH AR HOME DEPOT TEAM!!!

When you go to this Home Depot find Dub, he is the most helpful and knowledgeable associate we have found shopping in this store. The store was clean and has just about everything you could need for a remodel project. The only problem I have discovered, is its hard to find someone to help with questions. So when I go there I ask for Dub, and always go home with the correct items.
