This Home Depot is my regular buys. I know most of the employees by names and most of them are very helpful. However, recently, I and my colleague found out that it becomes harder to find assistance in the store, most of the time we had to wait as the section for a expert to arrive, I had to give up in waiting. Today, I was served by a very unusual cashier, it is okay to me if she was not friendly, but it is hardly to stand with her attitude. She may not fit with customers service or doing anything that need to speak to the customer. I hardly write a negative review but I would say that it is hardly to accept such a service from nonsense person. My ticked was wrongly charge and she blamed that I confused her that caused her not to pay attention to the products.

I came to get a quote on some lumber at pro desk and George screwed and did not put in the tax .As I had recieved a check from my customer and had to pay the differene . Then they pulled the order and saw it had several warped boards so had them redo it .Then I came back to pick it up and had 2 damaged boards and wanted them replace with straight ones .The it seemed like they had a attitude problem when I asked them to .

A great atmosphere in which to shop! As a gal, I need all the help I can get!!. During Covid I felt safe to shop there.

Store was very neatly organized and clean. Shopping aisles seemed a little narrow compared to other HD stores. Found what I was looking for (batteries) pretty easily. Saw crews sanitizing carts and store felt safe. Not a single associate spoke or said hello. Guys restroom was just disgusting. Every stall blown up with poop and toilet paper. Just so gross.

Yolanda and David are the best! They are always professional and friendly! Any mechanical questions or suggestions, they are the go-to person. Thanks for all your help!

Based on today's experience I am extremely disappointed in Home Depot because of their on-line inventory numbers. Last evening, I went on line and checked inventory of an item. Displayed this: "12 in stock Aisle: 12 Bay: 003. Today, I went at noon and found an empty shelf hook (NO product). Three employees looked for the missing inventory and found nothing and gave up. So did I.

The staff at the Four Points Home Depot is always helpful but today I witnessed above-and-beyond kindness rarely seen in today’s day and age....the cashier Jordan was extremely patient and helpful with the elderly couple in front of me, demonstrating such kindness and care to them as they got a bit disoriented during checkout- I wanted to acknowledge and thank her. If those people had been my parents I would be happy knowing she had cared for them so well!

This is more directed at ARS home depots water heater installers. They are incompetent. HD needs to move to another contractor. Their BBB and yelp have horrible ratings. Why would you use them. Install went from $3400 to $5200 due to the incompetence of the sales person. I had everything returned because a local contractor could do the job cheaper. Been a home depot customer for 20 years. Not anymore.

I've been coming to four points store for several years now and never had the kind of customer service as they do there.

This Home Depot is always stocked, organized, neat and clean. I've found the staff to be helpful with a friendly attitude. The times when I'm trying to solve an issue- like finding the right hinge for a door, I'm helped by an associate who listens and looks at the photo I have to find the right replacement. It wasn't easy, the configuration was unusual. I love that it's a great store, because it's 5 minutes from home!

I experienced incredible customer service on December 14 when I went into the store to purchase two very large space heaters. Chris walked by and asked if I could use any help and proceeded to get a car and load up to space heaters. He then push the card to the cashier where Nikolai help me disassemble the space heater that I purchased that was actually a floor model. Without even asking they help me load. As I said in the survey to Home Depot raising these two employees, this is the type of customer service Home Depot used to provide 15 years ago when I was a loyal customer. I have to tell you that Chris and Nikolai just brought me back.

The employees are friendly and very helpful i always like shopping at this location because of that and materials are always easy to find.thanks and HAPPY holidays to you all..
