The knowledge in multiple departments of the staff is extremely commendable. My husband and I are in the middle of renovating our kitchen. The service at this Home Depot is far above its competitive neighbors! Kudos to you all!

I called the night before to see if there was sod in stock and a price. I was told yes and the cost was $2 something. At the cashier I was told it was $5.98 each. The cashier then tried to make excuses for the person I spoke to, saying "maybe I called the wrong store." and "there are new people that work outside and not all know what they are doing." When you are unhappy, you don't want to hear stupid excuses. I did ask her if there was another Home Depot on 27th St in Franklin, cuz if not, I called this store. I made plans to purchase 16 rolls of sod, but not at $5.98, I was expecting $2 something. Very disappointed.

The store are good and ask guy or female can help to find products and things.

I was immediately greeted w/ a smile. I asked and was directed to the product area needed and found what I needed.I also found a nice clearance item.The cashier was friendly quick and to the point. The product resolved our emergency need at home as it stated. Thanks for being there.

Very helpful sales associate in lawn & garden dept. Associate took extra time to locate and recommend replacement product- overall quite satisfied with her help.

As a veteran of the U.S. Army, I did not at the time of purchase have my drivers license verifying my status as a previous service member. The store manager was very understanding with my situation and had tended to believe me when I said that I would return to the store in the next few days to show proof of my veteran status. He obliged my request while still giving me the veteran discount. Three days later I returned to the store with my DMV proof. This is why I will continue to shop at Home Depot, they honor veterans unlike their competitors!

The clerk Kathy that helped me place my cabinet order was super nice and helpful. The check out cashier Ashley was also very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere. Great people.

Very clean Store, always someone available to help me with any questions or needs

Went to price a weed whacker and ended up buying a John Deere lawn tractor and a mulch kit for the lawn tractor. Store associate Travis in the garden department asked if he could help and I explained that I was planning to buy a yard machines 7 speed lawn tractor at Farm & Fleet. He recommended the Cub Cadet or the John Deere. Travis was very knowledgeable in all the Home Depot models. He started explaining which models would suit my lawn care needs and all the features and attachments that are available. Well, I ended up buying the John Deere. Went home, unloaded the Deere, gassed it up and cut my grass and I love it. Travis helped me load the lawn tractor in my van and as I left the store thinking " I got me a Deere" and at a great price. Super happy I stopped in and met up with Travis on Saturday.

Ricky the cashier was very welcoming & very helpful on helping me find the things that I needed to buy during my visit, He was also able to check me out in a timely manner, I'm very satisfied with the great customer service I received.

sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. We were also greeting upon entering the store.

I shop at the Home Depot based on the excellent prices the store has. My only concern is the lack of helpful store associates. In the Lawn and Garden area, I asked an Associate if Home Depot carried a particular plant (a shrub) that I was interested in buying. Rather then help me find the plant I was after, the Associate referred me to the line of plants along the store's front! I ended up finding the plants myself and purchasing 5 of them from a very nice and efficient cashier.

Shopping in this Home Depot store is a joy. The associates are readily available and willing/able to assist as needed. Products assortment is excellent and I almost always find what exactly what I'm looking for when shopping at this store. Although I occasionally shop at other hardware/home improvement outlets, the Franklin Home Depot is my "go to" store for most of my home maintenance needs.
