I got help with sheet vinyl and every employee I met was fantastic and knowledgeable. They appear to be a solid team, backing one another up as areas get busier. The employee that helped me load my vehicle with the oversized sheet was thoughtful, and had good ideas to make it work. An employee also told me about a remnant piece that saved me some money and fit exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased 40 bags of much that required me to need assist with loading. A very polite young man named Sage assisted me with the first 20 bags. He was pleasant and very kind to the elderly couple that he assisted after me. He told me when I return to get the additional 20 bags to go to customer service and request him. He said it would be quickest to do that and it was. Your store is very fortunate to have such a polite, kind and caring young man as an employee. I will definately return. The employee's name was Sage.

I am in the process of buying Blinds throughout my house. Waiting for the Blinds to come. Experience so far has been Terrific!

I went to do an even exchange ob a defective shower curtain rod and ended up paying more because the price went up since I bought it. All I wanted was a working item not to have to pay more for it.

Bought a new water heater online for my Mom on a Sunday and Home Depot hooked me up with one of their local contractors, Expert Installations, the new water heater was installed within 24 hours and the old one removed. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Mom even gave the service technicians homemade Christmas cookies and bottled water for the road!

My husband and I always shop at this Home Depot. Sairabano is alway their welcoming us with a big smile so inviting. She definitely knows what she is doing please hire more like her well mannered polite who know how to treat the customers.

WE NEEDED A WATER HEATER, PLUMBING AREA PERSONNELL (EUGENE) DIRECTED ME TO AISLE LOCATION, SET UP PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION DATE. IT SURE IS NICE TO TAKE A HOT SHOWER AGAIN.

I went to pick up an online order, it was a larger item and it was ready to go quickly and the very nice gentlemen loaded it in my car for me.

I'am very happy to buy this store.

Bill re-keyed a new Schlage lockset for me, he had issues with one lock did not give up all the keys worked he was amazing

My work place recently changed making Franklin Home D my go to store. I'm at the store at least a couple times per week. I'm super impressed with all the staff. Kudos to the hiring person for finding great people.

My wife needed to return a chair by herself. She went inside to get some help. The woman behind the customer service desk did not know what to do, and no employee ever assisted her. Luckily, a passing customer saw her struggling and offered to help. Normally this store has good customer service. But on this trip it was nowhere to be found.

We just bought a house and are repainting everything. We have made several trips to the paint department and it seems like Michelle never has a day off! She is always there, happy to help. She made us several sample colors, helped us pick out colors when the samples didn’t quite look right and then made many, many, buckets of paint color for us. Other people who have gone above and beyond to be helpful are Felix and Therese. While everyone at the store has been friendly and helpful, Michelle definitely has my highest regards.

Good signage at the store to find things. I had been use to shopping at another Home Depo in town, not laid out the same, had trouble finding things. Was looking for a particular plastic storage bins, did not find these. Employee I talked to at return desk about the installation service was very pleasant and helpful, instilled confidence in the service. I would come back again. Greeted by employee upon entering the store as well as the cashier monitoring the self check out. Also greeted by same employee as we encountered each other as we were moving around the store.

I love the Franklin Home Depot! I have had only positive experiences with the staff at this location, it is my go to store!

Will not honor there own sale price.

VERY friendly service and had what I needed. Haven't had such a good shopping experience like that in a long time!

John in appliance sales was terrific. Other than that just the usual home depot, poorly stocked and run by people who k own little about hardware or where items are in the store.

Store is neat and clean and very helpful staff.

Our garden center check out person, Julius, was awesome. He greeted everyone as they walked in, was very pleasant, and one of the few sales clerks that had ever thanked my husband for his service when he showed his id. Hats off to this young man!!

Everyone is always so kind. We always bring our dog, Butterball, with us and the associates always say hello to him, as well. They are always willing to help and never make us feel like an inconvenience. :)

Jules and Hussein were so helpful!! I was purchasing an electric lawnmower and they made this easy.

The installer, Josh, was fantastic. Even though he showed up at 7PM it was still same day service as I needed the Hot Water install ASAP. I had a very important Zoom call to be on and so he came in did the job and worked with my adult son to answer any questions and he did the job as quickly and quietly as possible. Everything went great.
