The people are friendly and the store is clean

Great selection and customer service. Much prefer to shop here over other home improvement stores.

The home Depot in Franklin is my favorite store since is close to my home, people are very friendly and helpful,easy to find items and the outdoor garden center is full of beautiful flowers and plants at reasonable prices compare to garden centers in the area.

Very rude staff. After speaking with a manager and him trying to handle my problem, he called a specialist to talk to me and he never came to the front desk. I assumed he was just tied up so I walked to the door department to see him sitting down talking to a coworker. I then asked if he could help and he said no and argued with me about whether or not the manager actually called and asked for him. I've never been to a store where you ask for help and get told no. Absolutely ridiculous.

Once A competitor started requiring masks I thought I’m gonna start making all of my purchases at Home Depot. On my last trip I came to the store to buy topsoil. I went to the register, told the cashier I wanted six bags and she said they had them outside. I went to get them outside and low and behold, there were none to be found. I had to come in and make the return for the items that they should never have been able to sell me in the first place. (Since they had none) Also, They made me sign for the nine dollar return which I was frustrated with as it was clear that they were not cleaning the credit card machine or the pen. When I challenged the cashier. the she told me they wiped the pen and machine after every use. This was an outright lie as I was in line and saw that they did not do that for any of the customers before me. I guess I am going to Another competitor from now on...

Very friendly staff that possess great customer skills. Without Bren helping me pick out my materials I really would have beren lost. I appreciate the time she took and she was sincere in ensuring that I bought the right material. She took the time to explain the different products I could choose from.

Fantastic and the best quality customer service. I was not ready to buy, but Miss Amber told me about the home depot credit card with one year no interest for over $1000. Plus $100 discount when I apply for the credit card. I did make this purchase because she treat me with respect and most important her smile. For sure I will be back to Home Depot and one more thing my family, relatives and friends will know all about the quality and above and beyond the service I have recieve. WOW AND WOW.

Don’t plan on utilizing curbside pick up at the Franklin location. No one answers the phone when you get here.

I was not extremely impressed with some of the employees they did not know the story very well, and they were new. The store was clean, and they did not have everything I was looking for.

Professional, clean, neat and purchases were easy to find. If not there was always a assistant to help you find whatever you were looking for. This made it easy. I would recommend family and friends at Home Depot #4907.

The Franklin, WI store is a very neat, organized store, we always find what we need, and if we have trouble finding it, there is always someone right there to answer our questions. Whether it be in paint, plumbing, hardware, appliances, etc. everyone in each of these areas is so willing to help you find what you need. We love shopping at this store!

I did find that the assistant manager Hussein was very helpful in assisting me. I found most of what I wanted. The store was clean. I must say that your associates were very friendly and helpful.
