Avoid this location. I have had previous issues with employee laziness but this was the final straw. Floor employees are all kids who would rather stand around and talk with their coworker buddies. They were basically useless when it came to getting assistance. I also needed wood cut (sent the same kid I was having issues with) and the saw was warped so the wood cut crooked. They told me "well there isn't anything we can do". I asked to speak to a manager because this was already issue #4 in this ONE shopping trip. Manager was also useless. He lacked professionalism and also gave me major attitude when I asked more questions about the saw being broken and what we can do. It boiled down to me telling him that I need this wood so I will go to another location but if he could call ahead so they had it ready since I already wasted so much time at this store. Oh what a fit he threw there. He said no because he doesn't know anyone at that other store and I finally said you better call MANAGER To MANAGER because now I'm a very angry customer. So he finally did. He ended the conversation with "they probably won't even have it pulled out in time." The good news: I went to the West Allis store, they did have my wood ready and they cut it perfectly. They saved my day.

We worked with a designer to remodel our kitchen. The designer was most helpful and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, many of the material displays were outdated and some products were not available. It would be very helpful to both employees and customers if these were kept current.

This store is wonderful, clean & organized. The staff was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable! Our cashier Alo and the manager Bobby demonstrated great customer service! We were extremely satisfied with our visit and will definitely return! Highly recommended!

Employees were not friendly, unhelpful and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you do not look like the “social-norm” or if you are a person of color, you will be discriminated against regardless of how much money you have or what you are buying from this location.

Do not shop at this store or online. The Team at this store could not take action to resolve an online order for pickup. And please don't ask to use the store offered Veterans Discount either!

One of the better Home Depot Stores in the area. Store associates are easy to find and helpful if you have questions of need help finding anything.

This store always seems to have a solution for my needs and will direct you in the proper direction to get through with your project! Friendly people and if you shop there often they remember your name. People seem to want to help which is always refreshing. They are knowledgeable and will point you to the person who can help if it is not their expertise!

My wife and I came to get a lawn mower, and with the help of the knowledgeable staff, we were able to make a decision between a riding and push mower. The cashier was nice enough to let us know about the Home Depot 11% rebate match that they do when their competitor has a similar deal going on. After purchase, I needed assistance getting the mower in my vehicle and the cashier called someone to help me who was a joy to team up with for loading. I would recommend this store versus the nearby competition because they win in quality of products, staff friendliness and knowledge, and their product organization.

The store was neat and organized. There were many lawnmowers on display to choose from. Ibrahim was the store associate who helped us with our purchase. He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of all the products in the store. He assisted us within minutes of being in the store. This was an excellent experience.

Employees are very helpful and friendly, would recommend survey done somehow on registers to make it easier for customer to leave feedback , but that is just a suggestion. Thank You

I would never have anything do or talk to your store manager Bobby, he is completely useless, and some of your employees would agree with me.

Bob in the lighting section helped me with a ceiling kitchen lamp I purchased from this store. The original lamp had a pull chain switch. The lamp I bought was designed for installing to a switched power source. I thought about installing a remote switch and Bob advised and showed me a pull chain switch, which was more streamlined and cosmetically looked cool. It was easy to install with minor alterations to the lamp and, even better, the wife loved the results. Happy wife, happy life.

If you want terrific service with appliance purchases....ask for Ruth. She is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service!

We have bought many things at Home Depot. From kitchen counter top (which they installed) to lawn and garden items. Never had a problem with anything we have bought. Everyone there was kind and knew the answers to our questions. Always shop there.

Travis in Garden was very helpful and knowledgeable on the riding lawn mower that I was looking at, he helped me pick out the perfect mower for my yard. Thanks Travis you really made my buying experience easy and I will definitely be coming back to this store for more purchases.
