My husband and I walked into Home Depot knowing we would need one right away. We stood in front of water heaters trying to decide which one to buy. A Home Depot employee on a scooter came up to us and offered to help. He clearly outlined what the various benefits of various water heaters would be. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When we got in the car we both concluded it was our lucky day to run into him. please thank him for us!.

I was looking for the Ring Doorbell. Salvador came over to assist me.He checked and they were out of stock so he ordered it for me online and had it delivered the next day to my home. He was so thorough and friendly. Definitely excellent customer service from him and that is so much appreciated. Thank you Salvador, keep up the great work. Your customers appreciate you!

I paid for this on December 17th and haven't recieved it yet. Was supposed to be here on the 24th. Now I have to wait till Jan 5th. It was a Christmas gift.

I purchased an Ariens snow blower today. I was assisted immediately. The whole experience was great. Every home depot representative I delt with were very friendly and helpful.

They may have some replacement parts but don't recommend them for installation of products

I bought this a couple weeks ago, went to set it up. It needs 2 people to set it up, the legs lock open nicely but the table keeps folding in half when you try to get it upright. The locks that are to keep it from folding do not work. It can Handel more wt. than the cheaper ones, but would not buy it again. RJ

We did a kitchen remodel with Home Depot and it was the worse choice I’ve ever made. We started our kitchen design back in April 2025 and was finished in 3 days and to get an estimate it took them 3 weeks and when I went to pay the estimate was wrong I had to pay 20k extra because they said they forgot to add plywood construction for the cabinets. And they told us that the kitchen should be done in beginning of September and we started the work we had a lot of problems from Home Depot from dry wall to plumbing to electrical to everything they did problems were in December now and our kitchen is not done yet I had to contact BBB to get involved and Home Depot corporate in speed up the process and they wanted me to pay a change order and when I went there to pay i only was supposed to pay $7232 the system said I had to pay $38k and some change and that was incorrect they had to call IT and took them over 2 months to try to fix it and when they did they came with extra charges I don’t know were they came from and had to fight over the phone telling them that this is incorrect and they went back to it and had to check some stuff out but when they did the amount was still incorrect. I’m really could talk a lot more about what happened but this is a small summary

I’ve been a homeowner for only 10 years now. And for every project from remodeling my bathroom to landscaping to appliance needs. Home Depot is my go to. I’m always pleased. I have an abundance of Ryobi products snowblower, lawnmower, leaf blower circular saw Midas saw hand saw. Electric caulking gun. Just a name a few. I absolutely love Home Depot. For all my homes.

Was in the store for over an hour, past many employees. Not one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance.
