I returned a RJ11 telephone line but the return cashier chatted continuously with another staff and totally ignored me and let me stand for at least 5 minutes. Not sure why he did that??? The rep was not helpful he was not busy and I asked help he ignored ne saying he is not the guy to wrk in the dept but a Lady pointed him to be the rep in there. I didnt get help from him luckily a customer overheard me and he was willing to bring me to the aisle and helped me out.

I was looking for a part to fix the leaking toilet in my house. One of the employees helped me find the correct part right away and told us which part would fit and works better for us.

Just got the knee pad, was good. It is pretty big, so you can put both of your knees together. It is soft, but not too much.

I was completely lost at Home Depot but from the start of our visit a very motivated and helpful employee named Aram made my first experience building something smooth! He went out of his way several times to help us- first checking through inventory to find different parts which took quite a bit of time. Then, when we needed over 10 pieces of PVC pipe cut, he precisely measured and cut the pipe by hand despite there being a circular saw, just to help us out. This sort of exemplary customer service is what keeps people coming back to Home Depot!

Poor customer service. Front clerk is not trained. Lied about ability to give discount. Show no willingness to do returns and price adjustment. Not friendly, no greetings, no thank you!

Daniel in the Lumber Department is an extremely knowledgable and caring individual and he helped me cut a piece of red oak that needed a long side ripped. It was too delicate for the large blades on the machines so he hand cut it for me. You just don't receive customer service like this anymore. Daniel is an excellent employee and Home Depot is very lucky to have him.

I purchased my organic vegetables & herbs from the Fremont HD Store back in April. They have been planted in the ground and are thriving. The fact that if your plant dies before it has an opportunity to thrive, makes it a no brainer for me as to where I will purchase my plants.

I could not have done my home remodel without the help and support of the Customer Service Team. They were super friendly and helpful and supported almost daily over a 2-month period.

Where did they find these associates ? One of my item scanned up with the wrong price at the self checkout. I was trying to seek the help with the chubby female associate (no name tag). But she ignored me and kept chatting (non work related topic) with another male associate for a while before I decided to cut her off. Instead of taking the initiative to help me, she told me to go back to where I picked up my item and took the picture of the price. So I have to do all the work. After I came back with the picture, issue still not resolved. She wanted to call the supervisor for price check. They scanned the price using their devices. The system came back with the higher price as predicted. It was the prize label not updated. They spent some time repeating the price on the system was correct, giving me the impression they want to charge me the higher price. Then, I told them they need to honor the prize label. The supervisor then obliged but his tone was not very friendly.

I tried to return a product with my receipt but was asked by cashier (alliah) for an additional P O number. I had no idea what she was talking about. She was very rude and loud and made me so uncomfortable I left the store with out my product or refund even though I have my receipt.

Employees here have great work ethics and they go above and beyond to provide great customer experience.

I was in the store for just under 30 minutes. As I walked in, I asked an employee if she could send someone to the wood saw station for 2 cuts. I was at the saw for almost 25 minutes. Nothing. I was passed up by multiple employees and NOT one of them cared . No ownership or pride in their store. On top of it all, there was a extension cord plugged behind the saw table and it was extended down 4 aisles. I’m sure osha would love this. Told the cashier about it on my way out. She didn’t care either.

It's terrible to give me a store credit when I returned unopened merchandise before the expiration date set by return policy and with its original receipt. Then I was denied to return another purchase by using that store credit.

If you're in the store and need assistance, look for Amanda. She is personable, extremely knowledgeable, will not pass you off to someone else and is fast on her feet. We don't generally take the time to write and submit reviews, but our experience with her in the store today warranted one.

The drinks and snacks are always stocked up.

Arrived one hour before closing. Found screen door I needed myself without any assistance. It was high up so I needed someone to get it down. I walked ten aisles and found nobody. Went to front to see employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking. Asked for help so they called someone. They told me to wait by the screen doors. Eventually someone comes to me to tell me that the manger said there is nobody to help me come back tomorrow. Terrible management and lazy employees. Only one nice employee I had to find myself that really helped me out from plumbing department.

Customer service has changed at Home Depot and this should be made known. There may be some bad apples but there is a good bunch of extremely helpful employees at this store and very willing to help customers find what they need. Associates are friendly and even try to help as many people as they can all at once. Answered quick questions instead of leaving customers stranded before walking with other customers to show where to find items. I see this as a key difference between past shopping experiences at the Home Depot.

The workers in this store is very nice and friendly. It is very easy to find someone to help you either to find stuff or carry heavy thing to your car.

Avoid Melissa at Returns! Truly a horrendous person to work with who wasted my time by having me carry a pressure washer from returns on one end of the store to the tool rental section on the other end - all without taking a look at the product which was unopened and unused (as confirmed by the associate at tool rentals and the person who eventually processed my return). Also aggressively asked if I had a receipt, when I bought the item, and why I was returning it while I was standing in line. One might consider asking these questions after I step up to the counter instead of shouting from afar!
