I just got a email asking if I wanted to give feedback on a recent visit to a store I hardly ever go to. I assume since I've used my credit card with them online that they tracked me using it. It's bad to be big brother when all people want to do is visit a hardware store. Also they want me to disable my ad blocker to do this review. Funny but when I disable it there are no ads so I can only assume it's to track me with cookies.

Every purchase large or small has always been the best you could ever hope for. Gorgeous trees purchased, plants & shrubs for outdoors. Carpeting, lighting, along with day to days needs has all been a blessing for a widow who has no helper to come with her. Will try to send photos need time.

I recently visited Gainesville Florida Homedepot to purchase a cabinet. Im handicapped, but it was a problem because your 2 sweet employees helped me with my selected assisted me to the checkout and my vehicle. Thanks for caring employees

This store has never failed me for as long as I've been using it. It is my home away from home. Any job within 30 miles of this store will get it's materials from here. The product availability and the exceptional customer service is what has made this store my #1 choice.

Matt was wonderful looked at all aspects of my purchase.

I purchased pressure treated lumber for a deck project that requires several carts, including one for concrete. After waiting at the cashier, wow she visited with other shoppers. I finally was able to check out. After the purchase, I asked them to open the rollup door so that I could load my material on a trailer. I was told by three different associates that they could not open that door. It would only be opened by a manager. I asked to speak to the manager, but no one ever came. After about a 20 minute wait someone did come with a key and open the door long enough for me to roll my three carts out. Completely unacceptable.

I went to both stores in Gainesville the first store I went to I had a female kitchen designer who was absolutely horrible. Told me the cabinets. I picked out with trash, so didn’t really feel comfortable working with her. So I went to the next-door and I worked with a designer there and she had no clue how to do it. She been only working nine months and I’m told that that’s not enough time to actually design a kitchen. So there was one other designer male designer at the previous store and I went there and he was absolutely fantastic . But it’s a hit and miss trying to find a helpful employee. I went through three employees before I found one that was really good.

The credit card readers at the stores are always having issues. They don’t wanna read they never tap and a lot of times my commercial Home Depot credit card. I have to stick it in three times and then it’ll finally tell me to swipe it and then sometimes it won’t read it then and it’s brand new

Needed to purchase a washer/dryer and refrigerator for our new house. Debbie S in the appliance department was knowledgeable, very helpful, and amazingly cheerful!

Checkout girl in Garden Center is always friendly and helpful

The guys that took away our old refrigerator and delivered and installed our new refrigerator were exceptional. Both refrigerators were extremely large. And they handled everything professionally, expeditiously, and they were very friendly and respectful of both of us.

Whether I came in to the store or bought online everything was fast and convenient for me. Free shipping on many items is a huge incentive for me to buy from Home Depot.

This store has ample products and an accurate website. Not sure how this one does it because the other store in town consistently has bad information regarding in store product inventory.

Many times need help to locate something or ask a question . Always easy to find staff and knowledgeable and helpful . Good training .

My associate, Rosi, was very courteous and knowledgeable. All associates were busy so the supervisor helped me load a large window AC. It was an online order and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service!!

I initially called the store to make sure the appliance i was interested in was available since it was the last day of sale and I lived 20 miles away. Tracee Carter, while a flooring specialist, answered the phone. He physically searched for the item and found it. When I came to the store I found Tracee and he showed the particular washer and dryer that was on sale. I probably wouldn't have purchased it if it had not been for Tracee. He went the extra mile for me and I am very grateful for his getting me the 12 month no interest option. He should be a valued employee.

RENTALS! Thank you for bringing this service to our store! Having the option to rent a tool I do not wish to buy or the money immediately available to purchase a one-time use tool is huge PLUS for me and the customers I do work for! Appreciate friendly employees and ease of locating items I need when in a hurry/in the middle of a job.
