I'm a senior grandmother shopping for plywood that I haven't had to shop for before. I was told by my maintenance help what to get and the excellent staff helped me to determine what I needed, loaded on the cart, and on my truck. I'm impressed with the customer service that the staff were looking for someone to help instead of me looking for them! I'll be back!

I have been to this store many times. Each employee has been a great help. One in particular, Carol goes above and beyond at the garden department. Thank you to her and a great staff.

Always like to say home depot is my home away from home.

I had ordered a generator online thru home depot but after 3 weeks of waiting and the store employees addressing the vendor I had no success. So I decided to cancel the order and picked a comparable item. Tom a store Mgr. Worked with me as Did Heather to make the new order quick and painless. I'm very happy with this stores customer service. Also Thanks to Diane for trying to work with the vendor.

I love the Home Depot in NW Gainesville, Florida. The helpful and friendly customer service is excellent. Home Depot is a perfect resource for establishing business credit for small and mid-size construction companies.

I usually don't know much about what I am doing. Store employees show me how and what tools I need.

Parking is convenient and adequate. Entryway from 53rd Avenue needs to be more direct. This is important.
