I would have been in the store forever trying to find the answer to removing the window shutters and replacing them in order to repaint them. I am so grateful for the help and interest and friendliness and time your associates showered on me, explaining how to do the job and with what hand tools worked best. I was able to get home and get to the job before it was too late! Thanks again!

The overall cleanliness, associate help and ease of finding products is a wonderful thing at this store. I am in this store everyday and know where everything is pretty much but it is the knowledge of the associates from cashiers to management that make the experience worth it every time.

The General Booth store is by far the best store in Virginia Beach. The staff is knowledgable, helpful and just overall great people.

I needed an extension ladder. Associate was very helpful and polite. Price was decent. I didn't lift the ladder at all. Just pulled my truck to the front, they loaded it, and I drove away.

My wife and I love this store. We come here multiple times a week. You can tell the Manager takes good care of it.

Store is always clean and easy to move through. What makes this store a great place to shop is the employees! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! The customer service desk is always busy but they never hesitate to stop what they are doing and greet you with a smile. The service personnel, Joèl and Debbie, were VERY helpful when I had a problem with a generator I ordered online. The store manager, Dave, even called me and met me at the store. ALL issues I had were quickly resolved beyond my expectations! I recommend THIS Home Depot over any other HD or other store on Customer Satisfaction.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot store where I always shop. I love the 10% discount that Home Depot provides to our military members. This store always has everything I need and if it doesn't, it will order it. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

We completed our carpet project plan and payment. The associate was EXTREMELY helpful and was aware of store items and special store promotions. The associate offered us the local Home Depot promotion where they remove the carpet for us and move furniture, all for a low cost amount. This will save us time, money and headaches. Very pleased to do this project with Home Depot!

We had ordered a front door and storm door and needed help with the colors and final details. The associate was exceptionally helpful! He helped us to choose the brand, style, and color for everything. It seemed he was also training a fairly new associate. The associate did a great job at this too. He is an excellent multitasker, as he was also organizing a former associates customer paperwork that had been left behind. Would highly recommend Home Depot for doors. Home Depot had also done the work for our back door and I am glad we went back to them. Very highly satisfied with the service.

GREAT LOCATION AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

Being a US Navy veteran, a young lady associate who helped us checked out actually asked if she could help us carry the heavy equipment to our truck. Seeing that I was having trouble moving some items, she had the heart to offer her assistance. Before departure, she said thank you for your service and have a good day.

The store is clean and somewhat organized. Finding items can at times be difficult. The associates are somewhat nice, unless you get one who has a chip on their shoulder then it becomes a very unpleasant shopping experience.
