Every staff member is helpful and show that they care about my needs every time I enter. This is my favorite Home Depot.

I recently bought two refrigerators from a competitor (who I have bought from for years and is usually very satisfied). However, I wanted the GE profile refrigerator and Home Depot can get to my family a month earlier. The customer service provided by Ms. Zelda and Ms. D is another reason why I came back to purchase two refrigerators. So it was a combination of supply and demand and exceptional customer service. Just built a new home and this Home Depot is about to have a new customer for a long time. I’m about to buy a lot more to make sure my home is ready for years of entertaining and memories!

Staff is always helpful, great store in shop.

The customer service team is so polite and go above and beyond answering questions about products in the store. They are so patient and willing to help with positive attitudes. Grace and her team are top notch.

I bought two of the Gargoyles to be used with our 12' Skully and graveyard. So glad I did, they were a great fit. Need to go back to the store and purchase a couple more if they still have any.

We were having issues with our credit card upon checkout and Grace at customer service went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you, Grace.

Robby deserves awards, Oscars, ESPY's, Grammy's - all of them. Kindest man who is so patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ask questions and help us find the right part. Left Home Depot feeling confident and prepared and happy to report we got home and fixed the outlet on our own and it worked. Grateful for the extra time he took with us, on his own, without me begging for help like we sometimes have to do at the hardware store!

This store is tops in employee knowledge and ability to assist customers.

I had COVID-19 and it damaged my lungs. I am still on oxygen after 3 years. Needless to say I advised cleaning products because if the horrific lingering caustic smell. Shout out to Deanna in hardware and Selena at the service desk. It was brought to my attention of a cleaner and disenfectant that is orderless and will keep my house clean and my lungs free from chemical fumes! THANKYOU BOTH!!! Overall everyone went out of their way to help me from the moment I entered the store. Even the guy doing a water survey was pleasant and courteous! Totally recommend this Homedepot.

No one offers to help, if you can find anyone. No greetings not even a thank you.

I was met with the nicest staff who were patient to each of my questions. From when I walked in to when I checked out, I was super impressed with the employees at this location.

I had the privilege of be assisted by Deb in the Key Cutting area. She was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and went out of her way to ensure that my key was cut properly. Customer Service at its best. Thanks Deb

I bough a swing set from store. With the help of staff I was able to get the set home intact and complete. Big thanks to RIch and the VIrginia Beach team.

Great experience at the General Booth store. We were looking for stainless fasteners to replace several sizes that had rusted at our Sandbridge home. Store employee Rich saw us struggling to match up the sizes and approached us to see what we needed. He very capably located all the right sizes. What a gem!

Kevin in door department does an outstanding job. He went the extra mile to get our measurements and to find a door that fit those measurements. He took time to explain things to us.

Gas grills are the thing now, but I still prefer charcoal, and I'm not thrilled with the Green Egg! Home Depot has charcoal grill that resembles gas grill. Thank you

I almost s top going to this store due the previous manager who was rude and condescending. You could never find him and employees never knew where he was. He was gone and they replaced him with Heath who was perfect for this position! Always friendly with a smile and will step in to help anyone!

I had a very pleasing experience on a product and Home Depot went over and beyond to assist in the iisue. They were much more helpful than the company that should be performing warranty work. Very nice to see in this day and age. A special shout out to Alyssa.

TRIED TO BUY ON LINE AND DO AN INSTORE PICK UP. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE AN EASY DEAL. THEY MOCKED MY NAME ON A SPEAKER CALL AND GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND I DID NOT RECIEVE ALL I ORDERED. CALLED STORE MANAGER AND GOT MORE APATHY THAN EMPATHY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL.WHICH IS A SHAME ,LAST TIME I GOT PAINT AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY .

Just got here, needed a few things for the house. Home Depot had the advice, product selection, and easy return policy to help us get settled. Their people are awesome - everyone in every section was knowledgeable and helpful, including the return desk as we tried out and returned a few items. Couldn't be more pleased!

Went to go find some plants for my new house.. Hopefully I can keep them alive.

I have been a customer of this Home Depot for five years. While the main complaint about big box stores is the difficulty finding an associate to assist you, you cannot make that complaint about this store. I have always found informed store personnel who seem happy to answer questions and help me locate items I am looking for. Having shopped big box stores for decades, I am happy to have one of the best ones in my neighborhood.
