I go to Home Depot for multiple things, our entire company uses this Home Depot specifically. They always have what we need or if they don't they will let us know & tell us where to try to get it or when it will be back in stock.

First time that I shopped at this Home Depot. I was greeted by an employee in the Christmas section and he answered my question without hesitation and the cashier was more than friendly which lead to an experience that one would hope for during the shopping season.

The customer service at this Home Depot is phenomenal, especially Deanna! She is always friendly, helpful, and professional. It is clear she takes pride in her work. Deanna consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a positive experience. Whether I'm seeking advice on a project or need assistance finding an item, she is always there with a smile and a solution. Her dedication and enthusiasm make shopping at this location a pleasure.

This is a fine Home Depot store. People are usually friendly and are helpful. I like that I don’t have to wait in line when I go. There’s always self checkouts or standard checkout available. The one thing I think you can do to improve your store would be bringing in better selection on AC filters

My 10 year warranty and extended service plan on my hot water heater evidently doesn’t mean a thing to Home Depot. They told me to bring my water heater in for a refund and it’s now four days without a water heater. This is ridiculous.

The era of free survey information is over. You must compensate the people for their information or suffer your slow decline into irrelevance.

Been going to same location for over 20 years. I consider several floor employees great people and very helpful !

We were doing a renovation and ordered some LVP flooring from Home Depot. Communication on the order was non existent and we had multiple delays on receiving the order. When we did get it, some was damaged and we had the same nightmare in delivery delays on the replacement. Again, no one at store could help in figuring out where the order was and it pushed back our finishing the job by 3 weeks!

If you visit this store be careful in the garden/ outdoor department. There is a huge rat infestation and they are running around day or night. Uuuggghhh!!

Acquired new appliance for my customer, arranged for delivery as well as updated contact due to the urgent nature of the install. Two weeks later, customer is still awaiting delivery, I have been called to an out of area location, and the customer is on their own. Very disappointing. The sales associate denied me direct access to the warehouse to pick up the item on the day of purchase, in doing so, created undue hardship.

I sure appreciate the return policy at Home Depot. I bought a great fan for my deck which unfortunately had a defect and broke within a few weeks after installation. The folks at my store took it back and helped me get a new one right away and were incredibly helpful. Thanks for helping me make my house a home!!

I bought an Echo 12" battery operated saw that is excellent.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 22 years and go here for any needs from air filters, tile, equipment etc. The staff I have dealt with are always nice and polite and very helpful.

Just moved to Virginia Beach a little over a month ago and have shopped at this Home Depot no less than 25 times. I’ve ALWAYS gotten excellent customer service which is #1 on my list!

I have completed many large projects at my home and always receive courteous, professional service from every department.

I had chosen a led light , based off what the cashier had told me was the best one between giving me multiple pros and cons .This cashier also had the best customer service , I believe his name was dalen.

I accidentally ordered a 12" washer cleaner not realizing one came with my recently ordered pressure washer. I went to return the item, greeted by a smiling young lady (Julie) and the task was handled in less than five minutes. Easy Peesy !!

Order that was placed a week ago to be picked up on Monday. Checked on Tuesday, as it still said being prepared. Nothing had been picked for that order as of the day after needed. Also hard to shop last couple aisles of the store because the store all the delivery items in those aisles. So full you can't even walk them.

I love coming to this particular store. The people are knowledgeable and friendly and the store is clean with well-stocked shelves. Norman is the best at color-matching paint for me; Charlie has provided great advice with respect to electrical purchases, and Monda is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my favorite Hone Depot location.

This store is convenient and normally has what I need.

Angelina and Beth are two people I would love to have working for me. They understand how to apply their efforts that it sometimes takes to satisfy a customer. Angelina, is the reason I drove from Suffolk to Va Bh (37 miles) because she did it before for me. That is working through a Tax Exempt setup and execution. Making the purchases. TWICE.

The store manager at this location is real professional with a customer first focus. He took the time to speak with me about my issue. Gave options and solved my issue on the spot. Heath Belliveau makes the store a great experience for customers.

I am always satisfied with my shopping experience at this store! Variety of products and great prices! Customer service is always exceptional here especially in appliance and plumbing Zelda and Chip always go above and beyond! This store should be used as the model for new stores opening!
