ITS ALWAYS A FAAAABULOUS DAY WHEN I GET TO GO TO HOME DEPOT, ESPECIALLY GILROY

My past visits there were not great as I wasn't able to get any help. My recent experience may indicate a management change (?). I was greeted as I came into the store. I was provided help by an employee that was very knowledgable immediately. She even checked me out in the back of the store and helped me load item. I was in and out within minutes.

The staff are knowledgeable and supportive, and store is well organized

The service i received from Super Dave was excellent. He was very helpful with his knowledge of the product. He also helped me load the artificial turf on my truck. He was very pleasant, and professional.

we ran in there prior to closing and received the product and sale we were looking for. washer and dryer set that met our needs. Thank you to the salesperson that was patient with our questions and service he provided.

Had a great experience today with Andy in customer service. Had an issue with a product and he resolved it with no hesitation. Andy treats a customer like a customer should be treated. Impressed!!!

I think the staff is very nice in this store and very knowledgable.

The clerk went out of their way to assist at wire cutting rack, and when I stumped her she said let me find you someone more knowledgeable. She did this quickly and the gent who worked the area had the answers and advice I needed to complete the order.

I like this location, not only because it's easy and quick to get in an out, but because every store associate I've interacted with have been extremely courteous and helpful. That included the lumber dept, garden/nursery, etc. Associates always led me to the exact item I'm inquiring about or was willing to lug a cart around for me to choose the soil I wanted and then load for me. And being a woman, sometimes the things I needed are pretty heavy to lift. So I really like and respect this location.

Decent experience; store is like most Home Depot stores, lots of stuff in a large boxy building. The employees are helpful, so if you need Home Depot type stuff, it's the place to go. Unless there is another Home Depot closer to where you are.

Jacqueline was VERY helpful and facilitated my carpet measure, purchase and installation, quickly and professionally. What more can you ask for!

Dylan's first day on floor but he got answers from senior A personnel as needed. Unfortunately Megan the person giving the information was consistently wrong and had to be back checked with others.

Brightly lit store, friendly associates, and most of all, the specifications for the washer/dryer I needed were right on the price tag.

I have always been a fan of the Gilroy Home Depot, very clean, organized, great location and plenty of parking. For all the basic construction necessities, I always find the materials in stock

Associate were very helpful and knew the product well. She was able to cut our window dressing in a short time frame. She explained in detail the product , so we understood our purchase. She was very knowledgeable.

This store was perfect except the cashier did not greet us we had to take the initiative and it shouldn't be like that. It reflects a lot on the store. On the other hand, the lady that helped us find our items was super helpful! That is why I'm rating it 4 stars.

Walked in not knowing where to find the products I needed and was quickly assisted. Very thankful, bad weather so I just wanted to get in and get out.

The sod was very dry. Not alot of green at all. I was offered help but refused. Very heavy next time ill accept the offer.

Home Depot always has everything I need, whenever I go there! Never an issue!

Not happy about the online price 100. less than the store price. Would have liked to be paid the lower online price but was told that was not possible.(water heater)

Stacey greeted me with a smile, helped me find what I wanted, recommended a go-with product and rang me up promptly, what a gem!

We took advantage of the black friday sales event in order to furnish our new home. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the appliances we wanted and eventually ordered. He made us aware of the discounts available and the utility rebates. I just hope that the product manufacturers stand up to their products.

Excellent experience on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. The customer service was top notch. Daniel Rivera was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All of the associates were friendly and in great spirits and made my visit pleasant
