Always know I'll get the products and service I need to get in and out seamlessly. Majority of my needs are from the Paint department, one of the best anywhere!

Got what I was looking for and also saved money by applying for a credit card, which i was not aware of. that was a nice surprise.

Employees are more than willing to go the extra mile to help you, just don't try taking a cart with some osb to the garden center at the other end of the store from lumber. Far too much merchandise in the center of even the main wider aisles to get your cart through without knocking a few things over

Everything was easy as usual to find and our cashier Silva was super helpful in setting us up with a Home Depot Credit Card. My only negative feedback about the day was that there was no one there to operate the saws and a line began to form. I bought a circular saw to take home with the new credit card and it was free with the credit card signing so that was a win for everyone.

Seble and Jennifer gave me excellent customer service with a price discrepancy on my receipt when I forgot to use my coupon.

I have to write about the cashier Katie. She sought us out to help us check out. Her friendliness, and patience made this experience remarkable. Please commend her and her supervisor was also was delightful.

Closest store to my home, but I work all over town and find myself, coming to this location even when another might be closer, due to stock and associates at this location

Alicia in paint was great. Mikita at the register was phenomenal. She was friendly, professional, wow does she know the products.

CSR's had vast knowledge of trimming equipment, very helpful in selection.

Paul Konrad was very helpful with his product knowledge and he listened to what I wanted.

Customer service from new associate was commendable and obvious that he wanted to please me.

I fully enjoy shopping the Glendale, Co store. Pleasant employees and helpful.

I just purchased all of the materials for a bathroom remodel and was very pleased with the options available to me, ranging from plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, to tile options. Good range of options for natural and man made stone. The woman in tile was particularly helpful and willing to help me evaluate my choices. There was another woman at the Service Desk could do the job of about four people and was very efficient when I had the inevitable returns. A great experience all the way around.

The associates at this store are extremely helpful.

It seems almost every time we go in for paint we have to wait at least over 10 minutes to actually order the paint. There were over 5 people waiting and only one sweet associate. Need more people!

Ignored by associates in the hand tools department area...only the associate at the entrance was helpful, and they told me to go to the wrong isle.

There are so many associates that are available to help with what you need. I love this store not just for the people, but for all the great products that are available.

Hire more associates GREAT EMPLOYEES Never adequately staffed

Store Manager-Mr. Brain Metcalf : Home depot should be very proud to have an employee like Mr. Jarad ( plumbing ).He goes over and beyond to help customers and make them feel comfortable in doing their projects.When I see Mr. Jarad in the store I always say Hi and thank him for all the help he has given me thru the years.He is an outstanding employee !!! Finding a person to help is a very difficult process in any of the Home Depot stores. The in store computer inventory is no where near accurate. Prices are good. The store is not as clean or well organized has Lowe's

It was a typical home depot. can rarely find anyone looking to help , and have to stop staff if able to find any first off . Then unfortunately most of the staff is not much help . It is rare any more that I even try to reach out to staff for help. they are paid hourly and not very well judging the pace the move.

I would recommend this store if the individual already knew the product they were looking for and didn't need help from a sales associate.

Another trip to the store in the middle of a job because I ran out of material. Fast and easy experience. Products are placed right next to the entrance during the busy season (Evaporative coolers) which saves a couple minutes. Checkout usually takes less than 1 minute which helps me get back to the job site as soon as possible.

Had wonderful help loading my mini-van and even had to put items on the roof of my car!

Store associates are generally very helpful and the store has everything you need for home improvements.

Clean, orderly, and many people ready to help. Also, great carts for kids to ride in while shopping - they look like race cars and have steering wheels.
